Great service from start to finish. The staff is very knowledgeable and the doctor was very approachable. I definitely appreciated the thoroughness of the exam. Before making the appointment I researched the facility due to previous experiences with other doctors lack of experience with my eye condition. This facility was highly recommended and they did not disappoint. I highly recommend this facility and the doctor.

Great experience! Marissa greeted me upon entry and took me back to the testing area almost immediately. I was passed off to Kiona who made the testing very efficient. Then I was escorted to see Dr. Biaggi. I'm and it under 30 minutes! Exactly what I had hoped for!

I went to the eye doctor today for the first time in a long while, and as always, LensCrafters reminded me why I love them no matter what city I'm in. After my eye exam, I headed next door to the showroom and met the most amazing woman named Hannah--and from that moment on, my experience was nothing short of wonderful. Before my exam, I had already picked out a few frames and set them aside. I mentioned to Hannah how much I loved the glasses I already had on and that I really just wanted the same frame in a new pair. They were about a three-year-old design, so I knew it might be hard to find--but when I came out of my exam, the exact glasses I wanted were sitting in the tray. She somehow magically found them, and I already knew then that she was going to be incredible. Hannah walked me through everything so patiently. She went over my insurance in detail, gave me the best options, explained pricing clearly, and made sure I knew exactly what I could afford, what was covered, and what I'd be paying out of pocket. I never felt rushed or pressured. I spent about three hours there genuinely enjoying myself--trying on frames, learning about lenses, and taking my time being indecisive. Hannah was so thoughtful; she would check in on me, help other customers, and then come back to make sure I was comfortable and confident in my choices. In the end, we sealed the deal with three pairs of glasses plus an adjustment on the pair I was already wearing. She was absolutely amazing, kind, patient, and knowledgeable. I will definitely be coming back, and if Hannah isn't available, I will gladly wait for her. This was such a positive, enjoyable experience from start to finish.

Good experience - friendly staff and thorough exam. My technician (Angel) did a great job on my intake and during my testing and Dr Tamakloe took her time and explained the results of my tests and was very relatable. The cost of my exam was what they estimated and it's always helpful to have Lens Crafters right next door - very convenient.

All the people were excellent to work with and did their best and I was very happy with their efforts. My only issue was the scheduling. I made an appointment for an eye exam. I received 6 emails and 9 texts as reminders.....which in my opinion is beyond ridiculous and I was so temped to cancel my appointment. I run a small business, the emails and constant texts negatively affected my performance in running my own business and I would never in my wildest dreams subject my clients to anything like this. Just be aware to send the STOP!!! command when the texts become debilitating.... Update, owner did reach out to me with a fair and honest response, therefore i raised my review to four stars. I also realize and need to take responsibility that I didn't think of saying stop to the texts sooner.

The entire staff is very friendly, proficient, professional and efficient. I recently woke up with eye pain, and went to the location for assistance, due to past history of horrible help, for eye related care, at urgent care and ultimately the ER. Beginning with River, at reception, she was extremely courteous finding availability, to be seen right away. Mikaela, was so kind, with my intake and initial assessment. Dr. Biaggi was fast though and very kind getting me diagnosed and out the door. Everyone was and is great to work with. 100% WILL be back.

Great customer service, the staff were wonderful. The doctor was amazing and my appointment was straight to the point. I never felt rushed or obligated / pressured into buying anything that I didn't need . I will be back in the future for my annual eye exams or check ups .

I have a lot of anxiety about going to the eye doctor. To say that I was handled with grace, care and kindness would be an understatement. From start to finish, I felt like the folks here were down to earth, friendly, and tried to help me stay calm despite my nervousness. Thank you for such a positive experience, I know I will be able to come back with much less nerves next year!
