Dr. Willard Shepherd

On July 11 of this year, Dr. Willard and Shepherd DO at approximately known deli deliberately struck a person twice with the front bumper of this car, intentionally in the straight and driveway of this Neighbor. He made threats and appeared to possibly be impaired chemically, possibly drugs or alcohol. The injury sustained by the person he struck cause significant bleeding from lacerations to both lower extremities and across injury to the shoulder, which is demonstrating long-term disability and significant orthopedic and rehab rehabilitation considerations. Criminal charges for this vehicle or assault range from 30 to 190 days of incarceration if convicted. The statute of limitations extends to July 11 of 2027. Joint and several liability may be involved and is still under consideration. The orthopedic surgical specialist and rehabilitation specialist will ultimately have to determine long-term disability and cumulative medical expenses. Additionalconsiderations Considerations by the state board of ophthalmology and conceivably the state medical board may be pending. It's my hope that an amenable and an agreeable, and a fair and appropriate resolution can come about what rehabilitation of this behavior and remediation, and not damage professionally to this individual's career.
