Doctors and staff are good. This place is actually dirty. Had appointment well over a week ago. The same trash on the floor was there today when I picked up my glasses. That floor has not been cleaned in a long time.

I don't know where the HQ is, but it took 8 months and so many calls to fix my account, being charged for "insurance covered" code for antiglare or tint. Now that it's finally resolved, I'm receiving calls for my next eye appointment. Hopefully it's going to take less calls to make sure I'm completely done than it was for the company to fix its 3rd insurance mistake(gave me the wrong insurance details....then gave me the right one(maybe) but telling me that the insurance thing was covered but wasn't but is according to my insurance documentation and previous glasses order.... then not billing insurance appropriately

This eye care center is awesome! The staff is so friendly. I took three kids there, and there wasn't a mountain of paperwork like I usually have to fill out. They were fast, we didn't have to wait a long time. They were extremely patient and nice with my kids. Dr. Akers is amazing - so professional and nice and great with the kids. This is by far the best eye doctor we've been to.
