The staff actually attending the patients are great but the receptionists don't know what they're doing. They send out wrong dates and even if there is nobody there or waiting they still say to wait for appointed time they want to check in. Once that appointment time actually arrives one still has to wait 30-40min before they're attended. What's the point of having scheduled an appointment then if someone still has to wait

If I could give zero stars, I would. The doctor was in and out in under a minute and gave us nothing but "her eyes are perfect." But the real kicker was the glasses lady. Y'all... she did not say a single word to us except "Do you have her prescription?" while we're literally still at the eye doctor and the nurse had just handed it to her. She just sat there on her computer, opened some boxes, and stared like we were bothering her. My little sister is a kid and felt completely uncomfortable and confused by how rude and dismissive she was. The whole experience was awkward, unprofessional, and honestly a waste of time. To be fair, the place was clean and the rest of the staff were fairly nice, but the whole experience was ruined by how unprofessional and rude the glasses lady was.

I had such a great experience here with my 7-year-old son. I was nervous about his first eye exam since he's so young, but the staff and doctor were extremely patient and made the process easy. They have a scanner that helps check if a child might need glasses, which reassured me that my son wouldn't be pressured into glasses just for answering a question wrong. I called the day before and was able to get an appointment for the very next day. This was especially amazing since many other places I called weren't accepting Medicaid or didn't have openings for almost a year. They do accept Medicaid here, which makes getting care much more accessible. When we arrived, the front desk was friendly and efficient. Even though it was very busy, the wait time was less than 10 minutes. Once we got to the back, everything moved quickly--his eyes were dilated, we waited about 10-15 minutes, and then the doctor came in almost immediately. They spoke kindly to my son the whole time and made him feel comfortable. Thankfully, he didn't need glasses, but the treasure box at the end was unbelievable! It wasn't just little dollar store items--there were big toys and stuffed animals for kids to choose from, which made his day. Overall, it was such a positive experience that I've already decided I'll be coming here for my own eye exam next year. Highly recommend this office, especially for kids!

Had cataract surgery Wednesday by Dr.Robertson with Lauren Carpenter assisting went very well. Definite difference in vision, so good I shot a nice buck Friday, only two days later. .

The reception on the phone name Shyann had great customer service and patient answering and updating information!! She so exceptional & beyond her duties!!! Shyann u Rock

Customer service was exceptional! Everyone took great time and effort with me. They have a first class staff and would highly recommend!

Everyone was kind and helpful. They were thoroughly and covered everything, let me voice my concerns and addressed them without rushing even though the office was busy. This is a complete eye exam, expect to be there at least an hour and a half.

I been coming here a couple years now. Love the doctor. I had eye plugs put in for dry eye. Was very nervous about the procedure. The doctor answered all my questions and was great. Procedure was very good. We will see if it helps now. Thanks Dr. Sheppard!
