Dr. Iain Dock was amazing! Great patient education, and he took the time to explain my wife's low vision issues, even suggesting and facilitating an appointment at Duke medical with a specialist. We were seen on time, there was no rush, and they helped me pick out just the right glasses. Would highly recommend!

From the girl who checked us in who was so nice and polite She is a front desk blessing. Just had so much concern and aimed to please. The lady who checked his eyes before the doctor was so easy and nice. She too is in a good position for making one feel at ease. Then the doctor Dr Dock was the best we've had . He was very thorough and informative on how he should take care of his eyes. Just in his calling too. Took his time with us and Michael seemed to be very peaceful with him. Then ask we checked out to order his glasses that girl was wonderful. She helped him tremendously on picking out his glasses. Very kind and nice to us and explained everything with concern and much care. Just a very good visit all together. I think we will be very pleased with the glasses he chose .Thanks again for all of your kindness.

I highly recommend this practice. The Doctor was very thorough and explained everything to me where I could understand. The office staff was awesome. I was new to Sanford and wasn't sure where to go for my annual appointment I was very happy I chose this practice.

Dr. Dock, yes, that's his name, was very pleasant to work with. He caught something on the surface of my eyes I didn't know was there. That explained the sudden diminishing of my eyesight. We were still able to get a prescription that corrected my vision. He recommended I see an ophthalmologist, so I will be following up with the new doctor. Thank you Dr. Dock.

The service was absolutely amazing! I paid out-of-pocket for an eye contacts exam, and it was worth every dollar. Not only do they truly care about their patients, but I also left being able to see clearly something I'm genuinely grateful for

Wonderful and inviting eye care office. Everybody was kind, inviting, attentive, great friendly attitude as well. My husband, myself, and my 7 year old daughter have all had our first experience at the ECC office for our first check up/ appointment. The way the doctor had please of patience with my daughter who was absolutely scared to death to go to the office... Let alone have to get up close and personal with the machines and having her eyes dialated with drops for the first time as well. She absolutely can't stand anything like that at all... Eye Drops, Ear Drops, or any any kind of liquid medicine over the counter or prescription wise... so she started to freak out, get scared, overwhelmed, and basically try g to refuse the drops to the point she was full on having a who fall out and cried for a good while.... And yet the doctor just waited, talked with her, soothed her, and showed her himself the drops would not "hurt her" at all. I'm sure he might have switched little magic drop bottles, because I doubt he dialates his own his own eyes every time a child gets upset.... Point being once she seen that he could do the drops no problem... she was ready and took the drops willingly and even nicely lol. Anyways I was giving this review because.... I was very impressed by all 3 of first time check ups/ new patient check in. Super great service yall at the ECC. Keep up the outstanding work and yalls whole report with the clients such as myself and my family. Thank you, Monika Horton

It was my ten-year-old son's first time, and I couldn't be happier or more grateful for the excellent service. The doctor was very kind, and Emily was very patient with us and took all the time necessary to help us choose the best option for him. I recommend them and would return without a second thought.

After 45 years of eye appointments, I think this may be the best experience I've ever had. Helpful, friendly, professional, great value. If you are looking for a new eye care specialist, look no further! Even the parking is easy.
