Family Eye Care Optometry

Have gone to this eye care center for many years, they now require you to confirm appts. Through text messsges that they are supposed send you, if you don't, they cancel your appointment and give it to someone else. I never receive their texts so I could not confirm, and they abruptly canceled my appointment. Do not go to this eye care center as they really do not CARE for your eye health. Do yourself a favor and select a different facility. Terrible customer service, if you have an appointment no confirmation should be necessary, if I don't show up on time, then charge a fee, but you should never cancel especially if it's not the patients fault.

The physical exam was fine. The exam for the lenses was lacking. New glasses seemed the same as the old. They did another exam and issued new ones. When I picked them up they just handed me the glasses and said have a nice day. They didn't sit down to be sure they fit properly or make sure I could see properly. My husband went to Lens Crafters who performed an in depth exam and took time to be sure they were perfact when he picked them up.

No Christmas holiday compassion at all!!!! We been taking our daughter to this place at least 2 years , we've brought several pairs of glasses and shades to match ridiculous prices and amounts of money dropped on each because we're new to eye glasses. We had an appointment this morning we got there 3 minutes late due to unaccounted for road construction and even called them to tell them we were running late a few minutes. 3 minutes late was all we'd been waiting for months to see the eye doctor but a no go ...no compassion , no care they only wanted our money. There was one car in the parking lot when we arrived to the office. The doctors do not care about the patient, we were told to reschedule a week and half later date well that's not going to happen. I will be finding another eye doctor for my family one that cares and will understand being 3 minutes late. And to think I was going to make me an appointment and give them more money, thank you for helping me figure that out and thanks for the Christmas holiday compassion you did not show.

Had a great visit! Got me right in on time. Doctors was more informative than any office I've ever been to. My previous eye doctor could not get me in until almost 2 months out! Family eye care got me in the next day after I called. This will be my new primary eye doctor.

Long wait with a scheduled appointment without being notified in advance that there would be a long wait. Patients time is valuable too.

Me and my daughter both go here. Very friendly staff! Quick and prompt attention. Very thorough.
