Premier Eye Care

Dr. Carpenter is awesome. She understands my specific eye concerns with my health conditions/meds. Miles better than the ophthalmologist in town who doesn't take insurance and also almost cost me my eye when I had an infection-his advice was to give weak antibiotic drops and KEEP MY CONTACT IN, which resulted in corneal abrasions, an ER visit, much stronger meds including painkillers and a patch on my eye for two wks. The office staff is very friendly and accommodating (I see you, Samantha!) and I appreciate that. Anyone that leaves bad reviews bc of their insurance should know to double check with their own health care plan before making an appt. Fun fact: Dr. Carpenter also trains seeing eye dogs! How much better can one be than that?! Love it. Need more ppl in the world like her! Thanks, guys!

Got my wife and myself a new pair of glasses. They made it a breeze. I love my new glasses. They were incredibly thorough and careful with us. Even calling us a few days later and checking with us making sure we still liked our glasses.

Extremely professional and the Doctor here really cares about their patients and it shows. Takes time to talk to and understand each persons concerns which is something you don't see much of anymore.

Called 2 weeks ago to schedule an eye exam and asked if they took our insurance and the lady tells me they do. The day of my appointment (actually 30 minutes before my scheduled appointment time) I'm on my way there and she calls to tell me that she's sorry but they do not expect our insurance (not in network). Very unprofessional.

The staff here are very nice and helpful. I have been going here for years and recommend them to anyone because the service is fast and they're always courteous.

Don't they answer there phone tried to call Saturday @ 10:40 am no one answered at all
