Very stress free appointment. Everyone there was professional and polite and knew exactly what they needed to ask me and what was expected of me. One of the ladies, Betsy, took real good care of me in regards to my new glasses that I was getting. Overall, it was a very simple eye exam. The doctor, her assistant, the folks behind the counter, everyone was great

Wanted to share my experience. I have been a customer for many many years and have had great service . Until this past year I had lots of medical issues and insurance issues. I had to cancel my last visit in October until my new insurance started In November. So I tried to get an appointment and the best thing they had was late April that is six months. If they are that busy. You would think they could bring in more help. Like I said a great place and great service. Roanoke Rapids NC. Thank you

Had my annual appt scheduled last year, already pushed out 2 months from January of 2025. Arrived today to be informed that my appt would have to be rescheduled due to no provider in office this week. Had been receiving automated messages from office system with reminders for appt today, including a request to preregister on Sunday. When I arrived I was told that I was called on the 2nd and message was left with need to reschedule. no missed/blocked call from them on the 2nd and no voicemail message. Employee states that their corporate system sends reminders, not local store. Was informed that new provider is coming on board this month but they don't have start date yet, so can't stary booking appointments for that provider yet. VERY POOR BUSINESS PRACTICE. I appreciate how close to my house they are, but already having to wait an additional 2 months beyond what should've been a yearly exam and now being pushed out even further is unacceptable. Sadly, this practice just lost not only my business, but my entire family's business.

I went in, my appointment was at 2:00 I was seen by 2:15. The staff and doctors are nice and kind to ask questions. I felt like they looked at all the data, they did a thorough eye inspection and got me the prescription I needed. This last time I went they also had the camera that takes a picture of the inside of your eye which is really cool. Totally worth not being dilated!

We had a bad experience last summer with multiple last minute cancellations (morning of) for appointments for our daughters. It caused a lot of issues with work and it was inconvenient, but we decided to stick with the practice because we understand things happen. However, today was it for us. I made a change to appointments for my children 2 months ago. I showed up for one appointment this afternoon 20 minutes early to check in. They were unable to find the appointment. It had been cancelled because I didn't confirm it. The problem is, I never got a confirmation request. I looked through all of my emails and texts - nothing. They couldn't see my daughter. I left work early for no reason. A waste of my time and gas. But just as bad was the fact that my other daughter was scheduled for next week with a doctor who is no longer going to be at the practice. However, the appointment was still in the system. How? And why wasn't I contacted to reschedule? The receptionist mentioned a new system and lots of issues. If that's what's happening, where's the follow up with clients? I understand there's a schedule to stick to, but when you show up as scheduled and there's an issue that's NOT your fault, the practice should resolve it. Oh, and by the way, I miraculously got the cancellation text for my daughter's appointment next week after I told them not to bother to reschedule as we'd be going elsewhere. But no other texts to confirm??? Hmmmm....

My appointment was at 10:40 am I was seen on time and the staff was very kind and my eye doctor was the same one I had last year which I like he is very caring and asked questions about you. Will see him on my next appointment.

The front desk staff was extremely friendly and professional. The examination process was the smoothest I've ever encountered. I appreciate the entire team that helped me understand the conclusion that it's time to surgically, correct. my glaucoma.

One of the best experiences I've had at any kind of facility. Every single staff member I dealt with went above and beyond. On pricing, comfort, explanations, putting my anxiety at ease. I can not recommend this office more highly. Clean atmosphere, friendly knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend! Thank you!
