Could not have asked for a better office visit! From the check-in, exam to the optical ordering. Everyone was so nice and professional. Special thanks goes to Ms.Latoya! She dealt with me and hubby with our slow pace purchases of glasses and prescription sunglasses. She helped us with the upgrades he needed for both. We recommend this office to all!

Dr. Rose was patient, attentive, and very helpful. I will look forward to my next visit with her.

The staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in helping me purchase my new glasses. Dr Rose is very knowledgeable and explains things thoroughly. I was very pleased with the entire experience from check in to check out.

I'm writing this hoping it will get someone's attention. This all started when I went in for my annual eye exam on February 25. I chose not to purchase new frames and just have the lenses fitted to my current ones. They trace my frames and said they will call me when the lenses arrive. Keep in mind I work 45 minutes away, and work the same hours and days the office is open so my only option is to use sick time when coming to the office, which I don't have much of. They called me a few weeks later saying something had gone wrong and they needed to trace my frames again. I took more time off to go down there. A few weeks after that, I get an email that my lenses are ready so I drive down to the office expecting to leave with my glasses. But no, the lenses don't fit so they told me they have to send my frames off to the factory to have the new lenses inserted. At this point, I request they ship my frames to me once they are ready as I've already had to take time off to drive to the office multiple times. The lady helping me assured me they could do that. A few weeks later, I get an email telling me to come pick up my lenses so I called the office to find out why they have not shipped them to me like they said they would. She assured me they would ship them to me that day. Two weeks later, I have still not received my frames so I call again. The receptionist tells me that they are on the way to me. I wait a week thinking I would receive them in the mail which I still have not. I called the office again and a different lady helps me this time. She was not able to find where my glasses are at this point and told me she would have to talk to the manager, but will get back to me later that day. This was yesterday and I have not heard back from anyone. I plan to call again today and hopefully someone can give me an answer on where my glasses are.

Recently forced myself to go to an eye appointment, dreading the cost of new eyeglasses and the whole eye appointment thing in general. My expierience at the Davie avenue location was nothing I normally expect. I left elevated and smiling. This was 100 percent because of staff member Latoya. Latoya was asked ,by another member, with the task of my eye glasses fitting ,ordering insurance and such. She was actually working the front desk that day and didnt hesitate too the added task. I must say she rose to the tasks and acceled with expertise, humor, and proffessionalism. She dresses to impress and was so helpful and understanding working with a clear drive to get me the best quality lenses at the best price point possible. Latoya is a true treasure for your business as well as humanity and I hope she is appreciated as such by your bussiness. I can tell you this ...I do not pass out compliments easily but felt I should because she is a rarity and I left happy to make her aquaintance.

I went for my annual eye appt on July 7. The appt was virtual which was okay. I told the Dr that I would like to try daily contacts instead of the Monthly. She said no problem and gave me samples to last 5 days of the Precision 1 brand. These did not work for me I called them on Thursday and asked if I could try a different brand. I was told they had to reach out to the dr and would call me back. I called again on Friday because I never received a call back to be told they would call me Monday morning. Never received a call. I called today Wednesday July 16 in the a.m. and I was told someone would call be back before lunch. At 3:00 I called again because I never heard back from them as promised once again. The lady I spoke to wasn't friendly or understanding at all. I told her I was currently wearing my old contacts and I needed to get new ones urgently. She said she couldn't give me any until the dr wrote a different prescription. I asked - it takes a week? She said yes sometimes it does the dr may be on vacation. This is unacceptable to me. I have been a patient here for numerous years and I'm very disappointed in the service I'm being provided. I guess it's time to reach out to a different Dr. I just wanted to try a different brand this shouldn't be an issue.

The entire office provided friendly and efficient service. Latoya was detailed oriented and friendly with measuring for our sunglasses. She went above and beyond attempting to find the glasses my hubby wanted from Oakley.

If possible, I would give zero stars. The customer care at the Statesville location in particular is non-existent. There are never any appointments available, which in the past they've blamed on the doctor being out of the office and having to have someone fill in. They cancel appointments and do not prioritize the people they've canceled on when trying to reschedule. Absolutely will not return to this practice.
