Had the best experience at Peak Eye Care!! Staff was amazing. Dr Boan was so kind and spent time giving my exam. Lisa was great helping me find the perfect glasses for my face shape. In the process, Jan, Teresa, and Aileen and I chatted and shared stories Would highly recommend coming here. They all made me feel like I was a part of their family.

I had an amazing experience, as always, at Peak Eye Care! Dr. Head is absolutely fantastic--so knowledgeable and caring. Teresa Fox was a huge help with trying contacts, making the whole process as easy and stress-free as possible! Also Lisa Elkins was wonderful helping me pick out glasses and finishing up the checkout smoothly. The whole team is friendly, professional, and truly goes above and beyond. I cannot say enough about the quality of eye care I received at Peak! Dr Head is so kind, thorough and patient. She took the time to truly listen to a lot of detail and questions I had in order to help me and it has truly made a difference. My vision is complicated and she took time, attention and care and has helped improve my quality of life at work and at home in order to enjoy my hobbies. She thought outside of the box and went above and beyond to help figure out the issue and I have been so happy to have gone to see her. I even got to see her genuine excitement and happiness for me when she helped get to the bottom of the problem. I cannot thank her enough. All of the staff at Peak are genuine and friendly. Ms Aileen and Ms Lisa were a great help to me as well once when it was closing time and they waited for everything to be taken care of and once upon check out when they helped me figure out an affordable second pair of glasses. I HIGHLY recommend Peak Eye Care in Statesville!

Everyone from receptionist to techs to the doctor, were friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Head was exceptional. Teresa S went beyond the call of duty to assist with picking out frames. It was a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend Peak Eye Care.

I had the BEST time shopping for glasses today!! All of the ladies on the floor ended up helping me and another lady! They made it fun! Ultimately Lisa helped me narrow it down and now I just can't wait for them to arrive!! Thank you Peak Eye Care and thank you Lisa and all the girls!!!

I have had a relationship with the Statesville office for several years. My vision is very difficult to fit. The doctors have been knowledgeable and up to date on new available contact lenses that work for me. The staff has always been attentive and I rarely wait during my appointment time. Hailey in particular is always my go-to and works especially hard to make sure I have on hand what I need to see everyday! I highly recommend them. The only eye doctor place that makes me feel comfortable to visit.

Great experience here today while getting my daughter's first eye exam and pair of glasses! Dr. Head was very kind, thorough, patient, and did a great job making my daughter feel at ease.
