I had a great experience. When they were having a hard time finding my insurance they did what they could to make sure my insurance would cover me. Then I was seen quickly and assessed fairly based on my concerns. After my exam I was ordering my glasses and the associate that assisted me was very kind and helpful in helping me get discounts. The customer service was amazing. As a person who has worked in customer service this place is top tier. Also my glasses will be in so much quicker than I could have imagined will be coming here in the future.

I had such a great experience. Dr. Julie McGinnis checked my vision and let me tell you. She was kind, prompt, polite and knowledgeable. The front desk handled all the billing with my insurance. This experience was almost too easy. Definitely will be going back for my yearly check up.

This is the best experience I've ever had when getting an eye exam and selecting glasses. This was my first time at Walmart vision center and I'm definitely coming back, everyone was polite and very helpful. The doctor I'm sorry I forgot her name gave a very thorough eye exam.The other vision centers that I previously going to didn't even compare to the thoroughness that I received from the doctor. She did not rush me when I was selecting which vision charts best suited my eyesight. The other vision center that I used to go to Left me Go and didn't notify me for 28 months to come in for an eye exam. The day after I made the eye exam at Walmart vision the other vision center notified me I was due for an eye exam. The prices of frames are at least half of what I paid at the other place. The selection of frames you have to choose from is 2 times better than the other place. My wife will be also leaving the old vision place and getting her glasses and eye exam at Walmart vision. I highly recommend Walmart vision.

My visit could not have been better. I was checked in and treated by Stephanie, promptly and efficiently. Dr. Julie McGinnis is through and explained each step of the exam. Michelle has a great personality. I was assisted in choosing new frames and lens. I will be returning for a contact fitting. I have no doubt that visit will go well. The fee for a contact fitting is 1/3 of what I paid last year. I spent 3 times the amount I spent here and never received the contacts???

They were fast & efficient & seen me at my exact appointment time so I didn't wait long at all & my eyes had such a close vision with Mr right & left eyesight that she made them the exact prescription for both eyes so I only have to order one box of contacts which saves me a ton of hassle & money. So I definitely would refer them out for all your vision needs. Thank you!
