I was impressed with Dr.McBrien. She was on time! She was welcoming! This wonderful Dr. took her time with my exam. She also explained in detail why I needed to see an ophthalmologist regarding my narrow angle glaucoma. She even set up my appointment with a specialist.

Dr. McBrien was with another patient for an entire hour prior to my visit. I had to wait for 30 minutes until I was seen. Not once did she communicate with me saying how long the previous appointment would be until I told her about it. As a patient, it's important to be acknowledged regardless if it is a 5 minute wait. She wouldn't want that done to her and it's sad that i had to experience it. I've been a patient of hers for 4 years and never has she done this. I understand she's busy but the fact that she only saw me for 15 minutes for an appointment that was supposed to last 30 minutes while the previous patient had a HOUR is quite alarming and I am considering a new optometrist.
