McPherson Family Eye Care

I was a new patient here recently and had a wonderful experience. The office was easy to find, well located, with modern decor. The front desk staff were super nice and quick. I barely sat down in the waiting area when the medical assistant called me back and took vision tests. Dr. Murphy came in very shortly after and was excellent - she was so kind and relatable and made me feel comfortable. She did a thorough job of checking my vision, discussing results, and making recommendations. I would 100% recommend coming here for all your eye care needs!

From the moment we walked in we were very pleased lady at the front counter, so friendly. My daughter completely fell in love with the eye doctor, such a sweet, caring lady. The cherry on top was the lady that helped us with teaching her to put the contacts in and out her eyes. Hands-down, the best experience I've ever had at an Eye Doctor place and all 3 of my children go to eye drs! I have an appointment for my son for next week. Was trying to get one for my daughter that's Home from college. Was very sad to hear you guys will no longer be taking our insurance .

A great eye exam experience all around. Friendly staff and Dr Dziedzik is wonderful. My eye pressure readings were a little high at first check so she did a second more accurate reading a different way and it was low enough to be of no concern. That was a relief and I appreciate her excellent care!

This office seems to never have any availability when you need them. Perhaps this is good business for them but not for me as a patient when I need their service. The staff are not very helpful either when I explained my urgent need. I guess it would not matter to them as long as their appointment book is filled. The few times I was able to go there for my appointment, the office was very chaotic and very hectic with people bustling about. However, the optometrist that saw me was thorough and pleasant. The technician that helped me with my glasses was patient and helpful. Like I said above, perhaps good business but not for me as a patient. I called to make an appointment after the New Year, they gave me an appointment in Feb. That didn't work because of my travel. I called them again to attempt another appointment before my travel in March, they gave me a time in March! I explained my travel schedule but they weren't willing to help. That was my last straw. I decided to go somewhere else.

We live in downtown Raleigh but drive to this place every time we have eyewear needs. Daniel is amazing and fixed my progressive lenses to where it was just right and am very happy with my glasses. My husband was also able to make several changes to his glasses free of charge as he tried to figure out what works best for him. Very friendly staff! Brenda Lee is awesome!

I have been a patient of McPherson's for many years, from the time Dr. Murphy joined their team. As a whole, I find the McPherson team to be customer service oriented, efficient, timely, and caring. I now live almost 50 minutes away. I so appreciate the practice that I happily allot the time and effort to get there.

Huge Shout Out to Brenda Lee! She was very welcoming upon my arrival. I met with Kimberly Douglas who has a friendly demeanor and was thorough in my vision examination. I then attempted to select my new glasses. McPherson Eyecare has a vast selection of frames to choose from. I got a little overwhelmed and the receptionist, Brenda Lee aided me in my Finally Final selection. I picked up my eyeglasses today and are greatly satisfied with my experience!

Dr. Murphy at McPherson's Family Eye Care in Wake Forest NC is definitely the best eye Doctor that I have ever had. She cares so much about providing her patients with the very best! I love how she takes the time to listen to me and to explain any treatments that she is recommending. Dr. Murphy is always very kind and professional. Her assistant Karen is also very kind and knowledgeable. If you live anywhere near Wake Forest, NC and need an eye Doctor, schedule an appointment with Dr. Murphy, you will be so glad you did. I wouldn't trust my eyes with anyone else..
