Jada was so helpful and nice! She helped me pick out the perfect frames!! We had almost the whole store at our station figuring out what was best. It was fun trying on things and she picked out options I would have never thought to look at. Her attention to detail is unmatched! Thank you Jada!

Efficient, Professional, and Excellent Custom Frame Service Had a great experience at MyEyeDr in Wake Forest. Check-in was fast and efficient, and the exam itself was even quicker without feeling rushed. Everything moved smoothly and professionally from start to finish. Dr. Reiman arrived in the exam room in what was probably one of the fastest turnarounds we've experienced with any OD. She's very personable, easy to talk to, and clearly explains her assessment while providing strong, confident recommendations. You can tell she knows her craft and genuinely cares about patient understanding. A special shoutout to Devin, the optician, who was incredibly knowledgeable and patient while helping us with custom frames. We brought in three Chanel frames, and she took extra care to make sure everything was handled properly and fit just right. Her attention to detail and expertise really stood out. We're currently awaiting the return of our custom-ordered glasses, and based on the experience so far, we're confident they'll turn out great. Overall, a seamless, pleasant experience. Would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for quality eye care and attentive customer service.

The doctor was nice and profesional, getting glasses was another story. They quoted me a price and when a I call to make the order the price increased by 200 dollars. Then after i order and waited for to week they told me they have to re do the order and it would take another week to get my glasses just to aceptable. Second time using my eye doctor and second time getting a bad experience from this place. Update. I whent to the store to talk to the manager she is not only rude but arrogant. This lady is hurting the store she needs to be fired. On another note nobody knows anything about my glasses and they decline to give me a refund. Worst experience ever.

I had visited the capital location and that optometrist referred me for an unnecessary visit to an ophthalmologist that cost me $450. So changed over to the south main location. Not much better experience. I was given some sample contacts and told they were going to order me a different option for my prescription, but never heard back. Decided I'll just order the initial set that likely isn't ideal, but I could at least see with. $90 for 1 month of contacts is a bit much compared to other websites that offer 3 months for that price, but had to do it this to get something. Gave 3 stars because everyone was kind, but not getting the second pair that was suppose to be better is disappointing. The optometrist was really good and understood the situation, however a patient (me) doesn't have the best solution that could help, suggests maybe I need to look to another office that follows through with their promise.

Just left my eye doctor appointment at the 110 Capcom ave location. Dr. Steele went over everything with me. She took time to answer all my questions and concerns about wearing contact lenses and even the questions that I had about the Meta Ray-Ban's. She is the best. I then Spoke with my eyewear Consultant, Devin C. She went over all of the options with the Meta glasses, worked her magic on my insure to get me the best deal Would recommend this location, Dr. Steele and Devin C Can't wait to get my new glasses

Tip for new patients: don't make appointments online, call the office. A confirmed online appointment doesn't mean you have one unless you call in. Thanks for wasting an hour of my day and offering me the chance to wait for an opening in the schedule when I already booked an appointment.
