I have been seeing Dr. Jackson for almost a year now. her office staff is always very pleasant and accommodating. They don't keep you waiting very long for your appointment. Dr. Jackson is amazing. She takes her time and does a very thorough examination and explains exactly what she's doing. I had a condition with my eyes which she treated with some laser light treatments . The outcome was amazing as well. Hopefully I will be able to continue to see her for many years to come.

Saw Dr. Jackson a couple of weeks ago & it was such a a pleasant experience. From the moment we arrived into her office her staff was so kind & thoughtful. Dr. Jackson explained step by step everything she was doing & talked to me clearly about what was occurring with my eyes. So Knowledgeable, so kind, & so patient! I then went to pick out my new frames & Marie, who was wonderful, explained all the types of lenses available & helped me get the lenses that would work best for my vision challenges & helped me choose which frames I'd like the best. Also, Dr. Jackson's office is wheelchair accessible with wide doorways & a ramp too! All in all it has been a great experience & I highly recommend Dr. Jackson & her terrific staff! Thank you!

Mrs. Jackson is a great doctor! She takes her time and explains everything. She has helped me so much with my dry eyes and getting me the prescription I need! The front desk is quick the assistants are so friendly and Ms. Hinson is a doll and the eye glass area as well as checkout are always so sweet and we always have many laughs!

My 1st time here and I found that from time I walked in I was greeted with smiles and very nice young ladies. Dr Jackson was amazing and was very firm with explaining to me what she was doing and why she was doing it very knowledgeable and on top of her job. I would recommend her to anyone the staff from the front door to the back door were awesome.

The office doesn't respect your time. I was there over an hour, and still never saw the doctor. Appointment was at 4 pm. At 4:15, I complained. 4:20 I was "taken back", did some perfunctory test and was left with " the doctor will see you soon " after another 20 minutes, I left. I'd rather go blind than go back. On the plus side, she is pleasant when l saw her a year ago.
