I come all the way from Wilmington, NC to see Dr. Kirby at Vision World. He's absolutely the best eye doctor. He takes time to listen and help you anyway he can. Staff are super nice, polite and professional. Dr. Kirby has been my eye doctor for close to 20 years. I will not go anywhere else. I highly recommend him and his staff!

I called two weeks ago told the receptionist that my son and husband were having some eye issues and they worked in Charlotte and only could get off early on fridays she told me they took walk ins and be there before 2:30 but not to go that Friday because she knew it was going to be busy so they left work early the next Friday and was there at 1:50 and we were told we could not be seen we were very disappointed because it was not just for a check up they both are having eye issues
