10/10 experience! The staff was super friendly, quick, and genuinely helpful. From check-in to checkout, everything moved smoothly and I felt very well taken care of. My son and my mom both had great visits here, so I figured I'd give them a try too -- and they did not disappoint. Definitely glad I came and would absolutely recommend!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience here! From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely kid-friendly. They took their time, explained everything in a way my son could understand, and made sure he felt comfortable every step of the way. What truly stood out was how thoughtful they were toward sensory needs. The highlight of my son's visit was getting to choose a toy from the sensory/fidget bin at the end--such a small gesture, but it meant everything to him and made the entire appointment feel positive and rewarding. As a parent, it means so much to see healthcare providers who are not only skilled, but compassionate and intentional with children. This office goes above and beyond, and I'm so grateful we found them. Highly recommend to any family, especially those with kids who may need a little extra patience and care!

I loved it. My experience was awesome. Some of the best frames I've seen in a long time and they were not as expensive as other places I even had issues with my insurance and they make sure they help me so that I was able to have my appointment that day. Definitely a customer for life.

Clarity was without a doubt the best experience I've ever had at any doctors office. The people who work there have the personality and ability to please everyone. I give everyone there a 10.5!!! Great experience. Wonderful place. Highly recommend. Thanks to you all.

Dr. Matthews is very caring and attentive. He took the time to explain my eye condition and treatment options with me. Special thank you to Jessica, who did my testing before my visit, as well as to Sarah who did a fantastic job helping me pick out 2 pairs of eye glasses. I was pleased with how personable and kind all of the staff in the office was towards me! I highly recommend Clarity Vision of Williamston! I They truly have a hometown, welcoming establishment!

My wife and I have been seeing this practice for many many years. They always treat us with GREAT compassion and professionalism. Always taking the time to listen and talk. I don't know how one could do better. I wish I had the words to appropriately express our feelings towards this practice.

Dr. Matthew's is a good person. He takes time to explain everything going on with my eyes. If I questions, he answers them with clarity.
