I been taking my kids their for the longest and now they are grown up and one still go their including my mother. I never had any problems but my thing is that I never seen a black person work their. I was wondering is that do they want any working their? They can't say that noone had never applied for a job their because my niece have but yet they gave it to a white person and my niece is well educated for it. She got her degree in medical office and still going for more.. So if someone please help me out with this is they rasict or not?

I'm done with this store. Called in March for an eye exam and was told the earliest appointment was first week of July. The week before my July appointment they called to inform me the optometrist had decided to go on vacation and they could reschedule me for September!!! Thankfully, I was able to get a July eye exam at MyEyeDr in Washington, NC. Avoid Williamston MyEyeDr!

I purchased a new pair of glasses about a month back. The frames I picked out came with a sunglasses clip. The clip broke due to a manufacturer defect. Went to inquire about either fixing or replacing the sunglasses clip. Was informed by an employee that there was nothing that could be done, I would have to buy brand new frames or order a pair of sunglasses with my prescription in them. I purchased the frames that I have with the sunglasses clip for the convenience. Folks money doesn't just fall from the sky

Not a great place to go!! Front desk girl (Mary I think)is def not in the business of going the extra mile for customers. I tried to be a returning patient and got excused!! ok send me to another doctor I guess!! no problem id be happy to take my insurance else where.. I called with my insurance card on hand but did not know all my insurance details hey I thought you guys were able to locate that type of info through your system but I guess not!!

Very unprofessional office. Insensitive to older adult with medical issues. I witnessed a customer with oxygen being asked questions when she was clearly in distress. I offered to help her fill out her papers but the the associate said she would do it. They play loud music sing and dance this is not a club.

Had an appointment scheduled for over a month. After I took off work, showed up and filled out all the paperwork I was informed that the doctor would be a half hour late to work. When I asked to reschedule, the soonest they could get me in was 3 weeks later. Very disappointing.
