Traveled to this specific office for Dr Leggett but was overly impressed by everyone from the front desk to the staff helping pick out my new frames. Everyone was professional, courteous, attentive, and prompt. A over all positive experience. I will definitely return for future appointments.

I had a telehealth visit here two months ago. Two months later I'm still waiting for my glasses to come in. My appointment was supposed to have been at 2 PM. I didn't leave this place until after five. The doctor that I saw via the telehealth visit was very thorough but the wait time was ridiculous. I'm hoping I never have to come back to this place, that is once my glasses actually come in and I can pick them up.

Ms. Leggett is one of a kind doctor. She took the time to explain things to me in plain English. Her smile and easy going demeanor makes you feel like you are the most important person at the time. I was greeted as I came in and it was inviting and warm. They also had a warm greeting as I left. I have been a patient for a while and plan on being there for many more years.

Staff is very professional and courteous. Ms. Leggett treats me like i am the only one that matters when she is seeing me. Staff is always smiling and greets you when you arrive, making you feel welcomed.

Our family LOVES Dr. Leggett and all of the office staff in her office. Everyone is so kind, patient and caring! Over the last couple of years, Dr. Leggett has diagnosed 2 different serious eye conditions in our children (one in each of our daughters). These problems were unrelated to each other and were completely unexpected. Dr. Leggett's office promptly set up appointments with the appropriate specialists where the next steps were taken for treatment of our girls. We greatly appreciate Dr. Leggett's attention to detail when examining her patients and will continue to bring our whole family to her for our eye care.

Dr. Leggett has been my eye doctor for almost 20 years. I moved away and tried somewhere else. Big Mistake. I now drive over an hour to go back to Williamston for my eye appointments and I wouldn't have it any other way. The staff there have always been professional, kind, understanding and welcoming. My glasses/contacts have always been correct and on time. I recommend Dr. Leggett and staff to anyone near and far that needs eye care services.

Love this office! I drive a little farther to go here because the staff are the nicest and Dr Leggett is the best. I'm a long term patient and she's the only eye Dr I will see. She's kind, warm and engaging. She explains everything and my prescription is always on point. My glasses come quickly and I always get compliments on my glasses 10 out of 10 recommend you see Dr Leggett!!

Both of my children were seen at this location in March and their visits were pretty decent. They accommodated me having to be with both of my kids at the same time even though their appointments were at two different times. But they dropped the ball on ordering my children's glasses and I waited the 6 weeks before calling back to check to see if the had came in and no one could find a order for my children's glasses or the notes for what they wanted to order. This was not a down the street trip and they wanted me to drive 40 minutes one way to replace the order. And then have to wait 6 more weeks to get their glasses. So if you use this location please be on top of them when placing a order for glasses.
