Grace is fantastic. I am going to cancel the new order only because my doctor wants me to test my eyes later in 2026. Please cancel and refund and I will order later in the New Year. Grace is amazing and is an asset to your business. I have ordered many pairs of glasses and she has helped direct me.

I did not have a good experience here. After making an appointment, I received two more calls to schedule an appointment. They seemed quite confused that I already had one. Not a good start. I was charged $40 for a contact fitting when I never touched a pair of contacts in my appointment. The same prescription from the prior year was used exactly. I was told I would be emailed my prescription. They only sent a glasses prescription so I emailed for the contacts and asked a question. The question was ignored and I was sent a completely wrong prescription. I called and emailed several times before someone would finally speak with me. She said my chart stated I was given trials of contacts and wanted daily's. This was absolutely incorrect and makes me question what else was wrong with my exam. I was told the doctor would review my chart again to be sure everything was correct and I would be contacted by the end of the day. Shockingly, that never happened. So now I either have to go back for another exam which seems like a waste of time or just hope the doctor only falsely completed her exam in some areas but got the prescription correct. They won't refund the $40 either. I'd recommend finding some place else.

Lenses were promised within 5-10 business days, took ~ 6+ weeks. Unable to cancel order due to manager failing to return calls for days.
Could only have lenses installed on two specific days of the week due to staffing issues.
