America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

Went to the Avon location, Leanna, Deb and Jacob were all so friendly and helpful. Made the experience great. Will be back to get extra pairs to have incase something happens! Love the glasses!

Ok , I don't normally do reviews but I can't help but let other people know how my experience at America's best eyecare went. Granted getting and eye exam and sorting thru hundreds of options is not very exciting but there were two ladies there ,Ruby and Christy that made my experience absolutely fun . There professionalism and bright dispositions actually dragged me into their positive attitudes despite the weather and traffic of the day ! I left in such a good mood and so happy about my new glasses that I told myself I would fill out the review as soon as I got home . This world would be a much better place if more people brought their disposition and care to work with them like Ruby and Christy ! Thanks to them again !

Apparently Wednesday at 1245 PM is the time to be at America's Best, because that place was hopping. Jacob was doing his best to check everyone in and keeping a good attitude while doing it. He did the first part of my exam and was so friendly that it didn't even feel like a business transaction. He then handed me off to Deb who was just as fun and friendly. Both were extremely informative in a way that was easy to understand and still interesting. Lori was very patient with us while we decided what to get, and offered great advice.

Below is my original review with a 1 star rating. Since then, corporate reached out, then had the manager at the Avon location call me. I went back to the Avon store and Leanna took very good care of me. She went out of her way to remedy my situation. So above you will see a 5 star rating. Thank you Leanna!! Went 2/4/26 for customer service. Got my glasses Aug 2025. Frames broke Feb 2026. Went to AB to ask about fixing/repairing. Since I didn't pay the $25 warranty they said I'd have to buy a new frame. If I want to keep my lenses I'd have to buy the same exact frame. Got the coldest greeting, unfriendly service, and they were so busy they couldn't keep up with everyone there and since I wasn't buying anything they walked away. I had questions but no one was available so after 10 minutes I walked out. WILL NOT GO BACK THERE EVER. I've been wearing glasses for 60 years, and I've never seen customer service this unfriendly. They were all stressed out and couldn't be bothered.

I've been coming to America's best for 12 years. They Avon locations awesome great people great doctors knowledgeable staff two pairs for 80 bucks. I get about 2 1/2 years off each classes very good place to go to people who give them bed reviews that's on them. I've never had a bad thing to say people you'll get what you pay for I've had pair of $500 glasses that broke within six months This promotion is created for people who can't afford to high price glasses

One of the best visits I've ever had! From start to finish it look less than an hour. Jacob and Leanna were great! Leanna helped me pick out the best pair of glasses! I appreciated everyone's kindness at this location

My prescription for contacts did not change however the woman would not give me a prescription for the contacts I have been wearing for 20 years. If nothing changed I want to use the same ones. The woman refused and would only write one for another brand. Waste of 120 and an unnecessary headache.

Had to get an exam and my sons glasses fixed today and i have to say the entire staff was phenomenal. So accommodating, professional, quick and clean! Thank you americas best. But more importantly thank you Tama, Jenna, Christy, Ruby, Kelly, Deb, Kenzie, Leanna, Jacob, Ian, and Marielle
