Dr Imler is the first one that has ever corrected my eyes to 20/20. His Nurse (I forget her name) is amazing. Her demeanor. Her knowledge was great. When I want an appointment here I dont have to wait months like other places. I got a pair of glasses. Prices were reasonable and the woman who helped me pick frames was a 100% pleasure to talk to. At no time did I feel rushed, confused or anything. This was a great experience. I have been in their office now twice. 100% perfect experience. Even the man at the front desk was awesome.

Felt rushed. Never took time to really find what prescription you need and the setting for the progressive lenses were significantly off. If you want glasses through Cole...go elsewhere. Took 3 attempts and a re-exam (prescription was incorrect first exam) to make the lenses correct

Went there today to pick up my contacts, they are perfect! They lady at the front desk handed me my contacts and when I asked her if I could purchase a case and some solution she informed me they didn't sell them there. I asked her if she knew where I could purchase one so when I take the contacts out and she told me she didn't know... These are two week contacts, but how are they going to last me two weeks without a case or solution? I feel, in my own personal opinion, if you sell contacts you should invest in cheap cases and solution for customers to buy. But other than that my experience was great. My doctor was super nice and helpful.

Appointment is never on time. Always have to wait a long time. Plan on being here for at least 2 hours, most of which you are waiting to be seen!!
