I would recommend setting up online accounts for patients with the prescriptions already populated. I spent about a half hour trying to order online and failed. So I just called in and ordered the same glasses I had last time. P.s. im house bound due to physical issues so going to the brick store was not feasible to replace a lost pair of glasses. I called 2x before about the online stuff and noone had any suggestions to get the prescription into my online account. Michelle from Avon store helped me get the phone order in. Thank you for taking some time with me.

Went to vision works for my eye exam and new glasses. Dr Chatterjee was very thorough in his examination of my eyesight. Did the picture of my eyes instead of the drops well worth the extra money. Would highly recommended him. The person who helped me choose new glasses was very helpful. She helped me choose the frames that were best for my face. There was no pushing to buy a more expensive frame, really appreciated that. She explained all the features that I order for my glasses and did not push me in to getting any more the what I needed.
