I had an outstanding experience at Beavercreek Vision Center! From the moment I walked in, the customer service was top-notch. The front desk team was welcoming, efficient, and made the entire check-in process smooth and easy.
The exam itself was thorough and professional. Everything was explained clearly, and I never felt rushed. It's obvious the staff truly cares about their patients and takes pride in what they do. The entire team created a comfortable, friendly atmosphere while still maintaining a high level of professionalism.

I had a fantastic experience at Beavercreek Vision Center! Dr. Tran was incredibly pleasant, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly -- easily one of the best bedside manners I've ever seen in an optometrist. He helped me discover a prescription I didn't even realize I needed, and the difference has been amazing.
The front desk staff were just as great friendly, professional, and very informative. They walked me through how to properly care for my new glasses and made the whole process smooth from start to finish.
Also only a one week turn around from ordering to receiving my new glasses.
Highly recommend Beavercreek Vision Center to anyone looking for quality eye care and a genuinely welcoming staff!

Made an appointment online with pics of my insurance a little over a month out. 2 weeks before my appointment, they send me a reminder text. Today, one week before my appointment, they call and say they arent taking new patients with my insurance. They could have called and told me that a month and a half ago so I could have been searching for a different eye doctor.

Scheduled appointments for me and my family weeks in advance. 2 days before our appointment they called and told us their policy states they cannot see more than 2 of us in one day. This has led us to find a new doctor that is more professional with their scheduling.

Everytime I have come here the staff is very friendly and kind. The doctors I have seen here are always helpful and listen. The first time I came here I saw Dr. Kelly and he immediately removed a growth in my eye , I didn't have to wait. I now see Dr. Jones and I really like her. She is nice, she listens and explains things. Today I had to reschedule last minute because my daughter is sick and who ever I spoke with didn't give me any hassle or attitude like some places do. She was very polite and just rescheduled it and I know it might not seem like a big deal but as a person who suffers from chronic illness, my life is consumed with appointments and sometimes the staff isn't so kind which really adds to the stress and dread of going and makes it more difficult. So I just really appreciate that so much that they'reconsiderate, respectfuland kind. It's hard being sick and you dont want to be a problem for people so it's nice when staff is understanding, it makes you feel less alone. I really like this office and based on my personal experiences with them, would recommend them to anyone.
