I had such an awesome experience at the Fairfield Commons Mall location. I was getting new glasses following a surgery to restore vision I had lost from a tumor. I got to work with Sam who was amazing. He was so patient and understanding of my situation. And I had new insurance that I wasn't familiar with, but Sam was able to explain all my benefits and direct me on how to get the best use of them. He even helped me pick out a great pair of frames that look great on me. So a huge shout out to Sam for being so friendly, professional, and knowledgeable.

Wonderful service from everyone there. I had an issue with one of my lenses falling out and they were always happy and ready to help me with it. When it became clear that the cut on the lens was making it difficult to put back into my frames, and the slight displacement was causing issues, they ordered a new lens that would be easier to work with at no extra cost. I've had no issues after they put the new lens in, and im very happy with the results.

This place provides a perfect retail experience- from the moment you walk in you are made to feel welcome. Each part of the visit you are met with professional people who make it their job to deliver excellent service. I would recommend them to anyone I meet. Great job!

I've been to get my glasses fixed (simple screw issue) and they did it free of charge and quickly, my second time visiting was for my girlfriend's glasses and it was sam who helped me again (another screw issue) very quickly. Friendly environment, smiles on every staff members face and quick service. 10/10 guys

I had an amazing experience here today! I've been hesitant to get new glasses because I've had them for so long. I was browsing a few options walking between the mirrors unsure of what to pick. Brianna stopped by and asked if she could offer some help. Brianna was nothing short of an absolute angel! We looked at a few frames and she helped me get my options down to the frames I went with! She is incredibly knowledgeable about the different brands and what sort of lenses I could apply. She listened to me talk about my work and how much I use my glasses and she recommended me some excellent durable lenses to go with my stylish new frames. Major shoutout to Brianna and the staff here, they were so helpful and took a lot of the anxiety away from my experience. Will be coming back soon for a second pair and some sunglasses!

I want to share the experience that I had at LensCrafters with an associate that goes above and beyond and his name is Sam. I had an appointment to have my annual eye exam and while I was waiting to see the doctor I noticed that there was a poster that was advertising Glass frames called nuance that has an audio system in the frame that I wanted more information about I had been previously diagnosed that I needed hearing aids and I have been searching for the right ones that would be comfortable for me and that didn't cost $6000. But it just so happened that LensCrafters sells these frames that has the capability of having your hearing device in them, which is fantastic. This was the perfect scenario for me. Sam worked with me. Let me try them so I can get the experience. See if this is something that I would like. I went ahead and got a pair. I've just recently been wearing them and to let you know they are fantastic. And I would recommend them to anyone and I want to give kudos to Sam for being an awesome and having patience with us trying to get this all set up on my phone and it's worked out just great thank you so much. Dr. Su was so kind and I had a super quick exam. The entire team is kind and very eager to help with any need. I came back this morning and Had a very busy toddler with me. Sam had me out the door in less than 15 mins with two frames I really loved. He is professional, kind and fast. Thank you!
