Was never given my pupil distance with my prescription, nor was i given any lens options while picking my glasses such as transitional or anti glare. Not to mention they have a very minimal selection to chose from. They need to update their hours online AND on their door at the business because they both state they close at 3 on Saturdays. I showed up at 2:30 to pick up my glasses and the place was completely closed. I should have just gone to America's Best, but they dont accept my insurance so this was one of the few options.
Edit to Update:
I was finally able to make it to pick up my glasses and I am pretty sure I recived a used case with my "designer" glasses that I paid $150 for after insurance. Rhe case is dented and scratched and there is a stain like nail polosh that won't wipe off. The glasses are alright, but they don't seem to improve my vision much. Also, they have yet to update their store hours to match their actual hours. Genuinely, dont waste your time here.

Such a wonderful experience! It began with a young lady quickly and efficiently giving me the screening tests. Dr. Rudolf was so friendly and kind. She listened to my concerns, explaining the results of the test performed and answered all my questions. She took her time, so important! The prescription glasses I'd been wearing for 3 years were TOO strong!!! How does that even happen? Im so thankful I found Dr. Rudolf!! To finish my appointment, a very stylish, young man helped me select my frames. He led me to what my insurance would cover. I felt at ease as he patiently and honestly looked at each frame I tried on, helping me to select the frames that gave me the best look. It was so easy and pleasant. I can not wait for my new, (with the correct prescription) glasses to arrive I look forward to another visit with Dr. Rudolf at Pearle Vision in Beavercreek!

I cannot say enough about this office. I had never been here before, but I called at 1:30 on a Saturday with the pain. Despite having a full schedule, Katelyn at the front desk made some magic to squeeze me in before they closed at 3. When I got there I was getting a headache and she offered to put me in a darker room. When I met with the doctor, she was probably the kindest doctor I've ever met. Amazing experience through and through. Their kindness really made an impact on me. Go to this office!!!!!

I got an eye exam 1/19/2026. My eye exam was great and was done in a timely manner. Dr. Motter was great and very friendly as well as the staff. However, they don't have much of a frame selection. If you want Meta frames, go elsewhere unless you have EyeMed insurance.
