We love this office! Dr. Connett was able to get my difficult contact prescription perfect (haven't had contacts this clear in years!), and also those of my children. Heather K is the best optician around, and I always cross my fingers she is there when we need glasses. She is helpful and professional, and super at suggesting frames that fit and are comfortable. Darien in contacts is also great - she will order you a trial pair, and won't rest until you get what you need. She's super helpful with rebates, and also spent a lot of time helping my son get the hang of his first pair of contacts.

I've been a patient at this eye care for a few years and I've never had a bad time. They are always nice and helpful. They even kept a pair of glasses on hold for me for months before I came back! I didn't think they would still have it on hold yet they did. The most lovely of lady's helped me with everything I high reccomend Heather whom works here. 10/10 would recommend.

Honestly the best experience I've ever had. They managed to squeeze me in when everyone was booked out past the end of the year. The doctor was great! My visit was very quick with no unnecessary waiting which I really appreciated. Heather was hands-down the best to work with picking out frames! She's definitely a people person and very good at her job! Usually I feel like I'm working with a hype man that is there to make you feel good about whatever choice you end up making but I didn't feel like that with her, she was very genuine which I appreciated! I'm so happy I found a great place close to home for regular exams and frames!

Heather K. has helped match both my daughter and I with pairs of glasses we love. She's attentive to the fit of each set of frames we tried on, including making adjustments before we narrowed to our final choice to makes sure it sits right. Heather gives great recommendations and meaningful feedback. We don't feel like she's just trying to make a sale, she's genuinely pairing us with glasses we'll enjoy. And my goodness is she patient. She sat with me as I hemmed and hawed through 13 different frames. Most quickly went to the "nah" pile, but she worked with me on the 4 that I narrowed down to. After selecting a set of frames, Heather offered to clean and adjust my current frames without me asking. She's friendly and helpful and greatly appreciated.

The receptionist, Kim, is very kind, friendly, cooperative, and always smiling. She helped me with the insurance company, as they had not added the names of my two sons to the system. I struggled with the insurance company for two weeks and spoke with them for about 45 minutes trying to resolve the issue. However, Kim did not give up. She followed up and worked on it until their names were successfully added to the system. Because of her efforts, I am now able to schedule appointments for my children. Thank you, Kim. Loved my experience here! This was my first appointment without my mom lol so I was a little nervous. But the staff (especially Heather) were great. All super friendly and helpful. Dr. Connett seems very experienced and knowledgeable. I can tell he's done these tests a million times. The facility was clean and neat, and the prices were fantastic! I literally picked a random eye care place, so I am so happy and relieved that it went so well!

Feb 2026 Update: Darian was incredibly patient while I kept coming back to practice putting in and taking out my contacts. I think I went in about five times, without being charged multiple times. I was honestly ready to give up, but she stayed encouraging the whole time, kept trying different techniques, and put them in and took them out for me so I can get more used to them. Heather jumped in as well and showed me another method for getting them in, which made it finally click for me. I'm really grateful for both of their patience and not giving up on me. I've been happily wearing my contacts for a month now. On the glasses side, Heather further helped me choose frames and lenses, and she even suggested going with a more affordable online option based on what I wanted. I really appreciated that level of honesty. She and Sam also took the time to walk me through how to make the most of my insurance benefits, which was helpful overall. Nov 2025: The eye exam went smoothly. They were patient and encouraging when I spent an hour trying to learn how to put on contacts, and said I can come back and practice more later without being charged multiple times. When trying out glasses, Heather Kelly was very helpful and patient throughout the process.
