Got glasses here, I didn't get the 80 dollar option for anti reflective lenses. I waited 3 weeks for glasses, and when I look at any lights now there are giant streaks of light. To the point of them being in-wearable. And all they can tell me is "well we can put anti-reflective lenses in for as low as 37$". Ridiculous! So I paid over 120 $ already for glasses, and now I can't wear them unless I pay more money ?? This place is the worst optometrist location I've ever been to. I've never had "anti reflective lenses" and never had this problem with lights. I would not recommend going here.

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. I have been reaching out to them about an insurance issue for MONTHS now and they have completely ignored all of my communications. All they do is keep sending me outstanding bill notices for an error THEY made with my insurance provider. Now they are threatening to send my bill to collections when they won't even respond to my email correspondences. I even informed them that I moved out of country and gave them additional ways to reach me. NO response. I rarely to never leave negative reviews, but this is outrageous behavior. The doctors and staff are lovely, but these kind of issues override everything else.

They did testing on each of our children and never told us it was not covered under our insurance. Our regular eye doctor moved so we had to find a new one. We thought this place would be great for the whole family, but sadly we will have to find a new one. When I called to ask why each child had a balance they said it was for EXTRA testing, that we did not agree to. I am extremely disgusted in this business and all money hungry businesses. I have never had a doctor's office do testing without checking with me first. Also, I should add calling them is impossible, nobody answers the phone. They want to text, very unprofessional. Trying to figure out why my kids had balances over text, was a joke - I asked them to call me and they wouldn't. Completely disappointed. We will never go back.

EDIT: You say "timely communication" is required. I came back a little over after a month when it was the busy holiday season, and I was trying to give the new prescription a fair chance. I was told you'd be contacting me and you never did. Good doctors, but the front of house is awful to deal with. Avoid them most of the other negative reviews line up with my experiences over the past few years. My appointment was canceled, because they mistakenly booked me on a day where the office would be closed for a corporate training. They offered no help in finding another convenient day. I was unable to make it to the new inconvenient day, and they wanted to charge me a "missed appt fee" despite not caring when they were canceling my scheduled appt last minute. They also never reached back out to me when they said they would address the issues with the bad prescription they gave me.

Wonderful staff, nice office, very nice equipment. Dr. Janikowski provided a very detailed exam, and explained everything found along the way, which was appreciated for a minor left eye issue. They properly addressed it, gave me the right drops, and 2 days later 100%. Will for sure be back! Highly recommend

I have been with the practice for many years, and the receptionists have gone down hill SIGNIFICANTLY. They are very unhelpful and sound like they could not care less.

Good Doctors but the office policies are not patient friendly. Several automated appointment reminds must be responded to immediately when they are sent to you or your appointment will be canceled. If you do not respond to any single one of these reminders your appointment will be canceled. If they call you to confirm your appointment and you do not call them back within a time limit they decide, then they will cancel your appointment.

I had an exam and then purchased a nice pair of glasses and frames out of pocket expense was around 600.00. The doctor exam and the first young man who helped me pick out the frames was real nice. So far a 5 star experience. When I recieved my glasses 2 weeks later the lady who saw me to fit them was very short with me, I'm guessing she had a rough day. I go to work and try them and they worked for everything except working on my pc in which I had to tilt my head all the way back to read it which obviously gave me a kinked neck. I took them back then saw another lady who seemed to be having a bad day... she said they need to remake them because they were wrong. I gave her my glasses and she said they will reach out when they are ready. They text me 2 and half weeks later saying they were ready for pick up. I come in and yet another lady asked me my name and what I'm in for then she gets my lenses and asks me if I brought my frames. I said no I gave the last lady my glasses I didn't keep them. She says to me well you need to come back when there done... I'm like they texted me they were ready for pick up and she says there not ready yet and they will call me when they are. No apologies no explanation... I don't mind the mess up so much as things happen. The customer service with the female fitters was seriously lacking. I hate leaving a 2 star but when i go to a place to spend money and they make me feel like I'm bothering them or inconveniencing them, I dont have a desire to return, and sadly I don't have my glasses so I have to return.
