Optical Fashion has always been the best most complete Diabetic examine yearly for me and this year Dr Lisa prescribed me glasses with anti- refractory for my night driving!! She also gave me eye gets!! They really work!!! Maddox was great helping me pick frames that looked best for me!! A lot of personal attention to me!! Today I picked the glasses up and Laura assisted me with her personal attention to be sure my fit was good n all questions!! This is the place for your optical needs with the best personalized care by truly caring people!!

Great staff, nice and laidback. Dr. Bowen was great to work with. They worked with me to make sure my experience was comfortable as well as my glasses. They also worked with me on pricing. Highly recommend.

Reading the reviews before I came here could have saved me a lot of time and disappointment. I was evaluated about a week or two ago regarding an issue that has been bothering me for almost two months now, not only was the receptionist cold but also very dismissing. The day of my appointment came and the doctor was OK she told me what needed to be done and I went on about my day. Fast-forward to now the issue is bothering me more. I called to see what they would recommend or if another "evaluation" would be needed. The receptionist got the doctor and again, she was dismissing. My thing is, if you hate your occupation, find something else to do. They lack customer service and patient support at this location.

The phone call in question happened on October 10th 2025 Two disappointing experiences -- not customer friendly. I first scheduled an appointment at Optical Fashions in Englewood but was surprised to find they had a mandatory mask policy still in place. That made me uncomfortable, so I asked to switch to their sister location in Beavercreek, which they did. However, the Beavercreek office wasn't any better. I received a phone call reminding me about a completely different date and time than what I originally scheduled. I politely explained that I was at work and asked if they could text me the new details since I couldn't write them down right then. The woman on the phone told me they "don't do reminders" and acted irritated when I asked for clarification. She sighed loudly, and when I said I might need to cancel if they couldn't send a reminder--she hung up on me. Both offices came off as rude and uncaring. If a business changes a customer's appointment time and can't even offer a quick text confirmation or show basic respect, it says a lot about how they value people's time. I won't be returning, and I hope they work on better communication and customer service moving forward.

I just love the stay here. I broke my glasses and they was so helpful mainly the lady name Laura. She is just so nice. The lady doctor i just love her to. If you dont have a eye doctor I recommend Optical Fashion Beavercreek

Ordered safety glasses from them in November. Waiting for over two months. Still can't get my glasses. I call every week. Staff has ZERO idea where they are. They say they'll find out and call me back. I've never gotten one return phone call. Stay as far away from this place as possible.

Dr Bowman is brilliant, not just at dispensing prescriptions, but also at solving medical issues. I had a dark spot in my vision which she identified as the result of a broken blood vessel in my eye - possibly as a result of straining while weightlifting - and she had me come in to monitor it as it dissipated and went away. Laura at the front desk and Dr Bowman's daughter are both delights when they man the front desk. This is a lovely team, and I honestly enjoy coming here.

I will never stop coming here when I say they are professional and accommodating, it is an understatement. they have a fabulous selection of frames whether you're on Medicaid or Medicare, and I really feel like they know what they're doing when it comes to Eye Health and recommendations.
