Dr Zollinger is very thorough and personable. I had the best eye exam ever. Her staff is very kind and helpful. When my exam was over I felt like Dr Z cared and was genuinely concerned about my sight. I highly recommend this Pearle Vision location at the Greene.

I went in for my first eye exam in 10+ years and they made it quick, easy, and comfortable. When picking out frames for the first time, they explained what my insurance allowed and helped me get them fit to my face and checked out. I'll get my new glasses in a few weeks and will definitely continue to come back to this location for all future eye/glasses needs.

I've had two disappointing experiences with this practice, and I won't be returning.
First issue: I purchased a pair of glasses for $600, only to later discover that the exact same frames were being sold as sunglass hut for $200. When I raised the concern, the office refused to offer any refund or price adjustment. I had to escalate the issue up the chain of command just to receive a partial refund, not a full adjustment. In my opinion, this practice engages in unfair and deceptive pricing.
Second issue: On another visit, I had a 10:40 AM appointment. Despite driving 30 minutes in inclement weather, I arrived at 10:51, only 11 minutes late. I was told I'd need to reschedule, even though their next appointment was a no-show. There was no consideration for the weather or the effort it took to get there--just an immediate refusal to see me.
Both experiences made it clear that they lack flexibility, customer care, and basic fairness. I cannot recommend this office.

I just had the worst experience at the Beavercreek location at the Greene. Rudeness Rudeness Rudeness! from the front desk receptionist. As an executive in corporate America, one thing we hold dear to us are our customers. Pearl vision obviously doesn't care about just common courtesy or they wouldn't have this person speaking to the customers the way she just spoke to me and dismissing my questions or concerns for contact lenses I was having issues with. I will NOT be coming back after I receive my contact lenses and they will NOT be getting my business again!

Was late for my daughter's appointment and tried to call them to tell them that we are running late. Called them seven times and did not get through. When we walked in, there at the front desk was a receptionist. The lady was not busy in the slightest and seemed like she could have answered the phone. Was denied a visit and would have to reschedule. Would not recommend this place as for the employees seemingly don't want to do their job or make things right.
