I went there first back in November of last year for my own glasses. I found the staff very kind and hardworking. My son is on the spectrum and was in need of glasses so I decided to take him here as well. Staff did not disappoint in any way shape or form. They were patient and so great with him. The virtual tech Alexander did a great job of guiding him through the exam. I decided last minute to get his glasses delivered. They quoted me two weeks but I got them ten minutes ago today :) This means a lot to my family. Thank all of you guys so much.

This place is awesome and the employees are super nice! David did my pre exam and was incredibly personalable! Maya assisted me in ordering my contacts and glasses and she was so hopeful! Erica and Holly were also very kind and professional. Great place to go. Highly recommend. Their team here is incredibly efficient, professional, and friendly!

Went here for my wife's glasses exam. The process was smooth and I was impressed with the level of technology used. The workers were friendly and attentive. I will be coming back when it's my time to renew specifically because of how kindly we were treated. The lens selection was large but limited in the two for $79.

***DO NOT GO TO STANTON OPTICAL*** Went to Stanton Optical in Beavercreek Ohio for a eye exam. My eyes had suddenly been getting worse so I made an appointment at Stanton's. I had never been there and was a little shocked that the receptionist gave me part of my eye exam. Then sat me in a room with a tv monitor and said the doctor will be with you soon! Yep! Sure enough the doctor comes on the tv screen, has me read some letters and that was it. I go out into the store pick out my glasses, get transition lens, anti glare, anti scratch. She said it will be less than 2 weeks and that will be 322.00 after insurance. Roughly 4 weeks later I picked up my glasses. One week later the lens fell out and I took them back to be fixed. I told the girl I was having a hard time seeing and she said that I just needed to get adjusted to them. My eyes are getting worse with bad headaches so I end up getting another eye appointment at another doctor ( a real live doctor). It took her less than 20 minutes to tell me I have large cataracts in both eyes. I had them test my glasses from Stanton and she said there was barely a prescription in them, that they weren't much more than readers! Now I'm looking at having to have surgery that I could have possibly had 3 months ago! I'm waiting to hear back from Corporate to see about a reimbursement. Fingers crossed! *UPDATE ON CORPORATE * Never heard back from Corporate so I called them back and the number is no longer working!! They blocked me!!!! I contacted my attorney!

My better half and I came in to Stanton and we were greeted by Arricka. She was the most pleasant person and took the best care of us I must say! We were both having trouble with our lenses and she fixed them promptly with a smile even though they were short staffed! thank you so much Arricka! Sherri and Rick!

Friendly and professional staff all around! David went above and beyond to help verify my insurance when I was having issues and couldn't get it resolved on my own. He took the time to thoroughly look into my situation, explained everything clearly, and ultimately helped save me hundreds of dollars. His patience, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help made a stressful situation so much easier. I truly appreciate the extra effort he put in--excellent customer service. I've had my glasses for about 6 months I had an amazing experience with Karen the manager, she really made me feel comfortable and was very personable. I walked in there with broken glasses and came out with two new pairs an hour later all the staff was friendly but Karen was so sweet I will never forget her kindness!

Will never come back here. Let me preface it with the fact that I had an exam here and a new prescription within the past year. A older guy told me to wait in the little room and she'll be right with me. So I did, I waited for 20 min and still there was no one in the room to check me in. He finally came in and asked if I had been seen and I said no. He said he didn't know where she was.. not long after that she walked in a back door carrying drinks and food like she had stepped out to get breakfast for lunch.. did nobody know this? Maybe I wouldn't have sat there for so long if they did.. The girl that checks you in seemed really rude and short, I thought maybe she was just having a bad day so I let it go. Did the exam got my script picked out glasses and was on my way. Within the past couple weeks, I've been having a lot of vision changes. Things that I could normally see far away have become really blurry. So I decided to make an appointment for today, Friday 1/30 at 10:15 in hopes I could find out what was going on and since this is the last place I had gone to I decided to come back here. When I went to check-in, it was the same lady as before.. she said that I wasn't due for another exam yet Because I had been seen in the last year and won't be due again until a certain date. Very rude and very short did not even ask why I was making another appointment.. I had to tell her. Almost acted like I was inconveniencing her that she actually had to work. She said well we could do another exam but it's telehealth and if they find anything, you'll just have to go see another doctor in person. She had the absolute worst attitude about the whole thing so I said I can just go see someone else and she said no we can do it And then just repeated herself. I felt extremely judged for why I was making another appointment. Zero care on her end. And as someone that works in healthcare, if you're going to work in customer service like this, just BE NICE. It's really not hard.
