When I walked in the office, I received such a warm greeting. The staff were all professional and so very kind. Dr. Zeser was kind, down to earth and took the time to explain results of all tests and made sure I understood. The Dr and staff all encouraged me to call with any questions I may have. I was so impressed I had to send the office a thank you gift .

I could not have picked a better office to become a new patient at. Oh. My. God. Let's talk about an amazing staff!!!! Every single person I interacted with during my visit was so incredibly kind and helpful and fun, it was so nice to come in as a new patient and have every weird question or concern addressed thoroughly and with care. I seriously could not recommend this place more. And it was so fast, a full new patient exam done right in less than 45 minutes.

First, Dr Zeser was so kind, patient and informative. I felt like I was his only patient, even though they were busy. Secondly, the staff helping me to pick out new glasses were ahh-mazing!! By the end, all 3 were offering honest comments and so very nice. I was even late to leave at 5:20 and the tech was still so patient with me. Can't wait for my new glasses.

My daughter and I had our 1st appointment there today. The whole staff was exceptionally nice and welcoming. Dr. Zeser is so nice and knowledgeable. He addressed all of our concerns while only offering what we truly need. Kelly was extremely patient and helpful as my daughter tried to find the perfect pair of glasses. I highly recommend them for all of your eye care needs. I'm so happy we are now patients there!

Sadly, I had a poor experience at this office. Dr Zeser forgot to add astigmatism to my prescription (seemed very rushed when doing my exam but personable otherwise) and so I asked for a recheck. The optician told me they could just add my old prescription's astigmatism. I came to the doctor for an updated prescription not the one I already have and requested to see Dr. Zeser. I was told repeat exams are only seen by the optician, so I reluctantly agreed. They used a machine to determine my correct prescription. I requested several times to see or have a call from Dr. Zeser to have him verify my prescription, however this was denied. All this trouble could have been spared had I been given a complementary trial pair of contacts as every other office has done for me the past 35 years. Be aware: they don't give you a complementary trial pair in the office unless you agree to buy their contacts. I now see Dr. Fenton at Vision Makers and he spends adequate time on the exam (not a machine) and gives a trial pair or more if needed.
