Gemini Eye Care Centers

Today I had an exam and ordered new glasses. This is the 2nd time I have used them for my annual eye exam. Both times I was very pleased with the Dr and staff. I was assisted by Heather K today the Centerville office to choose new frames. She helped me find the perfect fit- two pairs that fit my personality! I can't wait for for my stylish new prescription sunglasses. Thanks Heather!

Whilr on an extend visit from out of town, I broke my only pair of glasses, which I can barely see without. I panicked. My sister brought me to Gemini where, Cathy, a wizard with glasses, informed me the frames were not repairable, but she would try to find a match for the shape of my lenses. Cathy tracked down a frame, had it delivered and proceeded to work for half an hour to fit them to the fame. I walked out of there, being able to see, at last, and so grateful for Cathy's skill and perseverance. She saved my visit! Thank you Cathy.

Very very good. I have specific needs including astigmatism and I do close work at a distance of about 19 inches. In fact I have routinely returned and redone glasses multiple times. Dr. Egbert is the only Optometrist I have visited in a decade that listened, helped me with a specific tuned lenses so I can see what I'm doing close up and also at a distance. i find that standard progressive lenses just don't have a big enough sweet spot and custom works the first time. The staff is super pleasant and helpful.

I truly do not understand why they have lower stars. I noticed my vision wasn't as good as it use to be...I made an appointment and got great service. Everyone that I spoke to and helped me along the way way kind and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this place. I worked with Kathy to pick out the best glasses for me. She was patient with me as I choose around 20 pairs and tried them on. Jessica was great to work with as well. She adjusted my glasses several times until they were the perfect fit and was kind each time. Both of these ladies are a true treasure to work with as I got my first pair of glasses!

Would not recommend. Staff has no personality front desk,examiner and doctor. Total cost was higher than expected, when trying to have the cost and break down cleared up to me the staff showed high irritation when questioned. It was admitted they over charged. Not a good experience, I would recommend to have your money spent elsewhere and avoid gemini.

The eyecare professionals at Crosspointe Gemini, always provide a great service. They are always polite, friendly, engaging, and available on the spot. They are extremely helpful in selecting the right glasses for me. The optometrist there are incredibly thorough, I know because I also go to an ophthalmologist. I don't understand the low ratings for their site. I've been going there for several years and they always do an incredible job!!for me. My wife and I just had a great experience here! She highly recommends Dr. Belair. Usually, she hates going to the optometrist, but this visit was easy and she found new glasses she really likes. They whole staff was very helpful. Also, they are in network for vsp insurance saved us at least $230 over Lens Crafters. We look forward to making them our new eye care specialists!
