Just 4 Eyes

I wish I could just leave No stars. I had to have new glasses after 10 yrs and they take Medicaid. Don't come here. It took them making my lens 3 times before they checked and the Dr rushes so much that my right eye was Not the Correct Prescription, something that should have been checked out after the second time!Sam is great and thankfully she got it straightened out. The rest of the staffing is a joke including the Lab technician who's more concerned about smoking a cigarette every 10 minutes. They're extremely Unprofessional in many ways. I didn't need to hear about they're partying, drinking as well as the foul mouth's also screaming about getting a house when you're coworkers are on the phone with patients. This talk is something to talk about when the shop isn't full of people! Save yourselves the month and a half it took for them to actually get my glasses done correctly ? Haye to give them a star, just don't waste your time here,!

Dr. B is always pleasant. However, front desk I called to verify my appointment bc it had been awhile since i scheduled it. Whoever answered, swears that they aren't unable to look up appointments. I work in the health field never in my life have i heard that. Anyways i end up getting day and time, i go in everything was well until me and the doctor were both confused as to why i was scheduled for ANOTHER exam clearly it was scheduled incorrectly. The lady with the dark hair to the far left of the desk tells me I'm not eligible for glasses until April which was the sole purpose of me going in. Mind you she's the one who told me to schedule back in January bc that's when insurance would cover again. So literally a pointless drive. But honestly, it was her delivery and tone. Just overall rude, no people skills, rushed me out. She needs a work from home job. I probably won't return

This place is amazing. I had both of my children seen here one of which has autism and they were very patient and kind. They also take caresource! I can't say enough good things about this office. The front desk employees went above and beyond

Took my daughter for a visit and staff was very patient and even offered me and appt even though I wasn't scheduled. They helped pick out frames and explain insurance. Leara and Anita were great! I highly recommend if you want an office that's welcoming and makes it fun!

Doesn't accept AARP or AAA although says in website they do. Offers coupons on website that were not honored. When asked about the price for unmarked frame front desk lady was rude and not very helpful. Treated like a low class citizen taking frame out of my hand as if I were a thief.

I took my elderly mom in for her appt this morning and their was an issue with my moms insurance but the front staff were so helpful and kind! I don't understand the bad reviews. They went out of their way to help my mother and I, and did so smiling and empathetic to what we were dealing with. The dr was kind and knowledgeable and didn't keep us waiting at all! They were all honest, patient, and helpful in every way! We have nothing but positive things to say about our whole visit!

Took my glasses in for a quick fix- done in 5 minutes. Anita was so nice and helpful! Highly recommend!!!

Doctors AND staff are great! Last time I was there, a staff member informed me about a benefit from my insurance that I wasn't aware of and helped me save some money!
