Brunswick Eye & Contact Lens

My glasses frames were broke when they sent them in to get new lenses. The only solution offered was to buy a new pair of frames from them at full price. When I asked if there was anything they could do to help me the sales associate got nasty with me. She told me that if I don't like it I should go find a new eye doctor. I will be taking her advice and relaying it to all my friends and family.

I was reffered here by a friend after being on a waiting list for Napoleon Family Vision for over a year! The staff here is incredibly friendly and nice. The doctor is very nice. She was very thorough with my child's eye exam and actually gave me answers! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

I am honestly annoyed with the staff at this point. You by law are required to release my prescription to me. I called yesterday and asked for it. I was promised it was going to be emailed. Very unprofessional to whoever I was on the phone with.

Been going here for years until recently. My daughter had to get glasses, her apt was in September we ordered them. 4 months later we still don't have them. I also ordered my glasses and contacts. They never put in my contacts after I called on both since September. The lady was beyond rude and told me she didn't care and told us to go elsewhere if we weren't happy with our service. It's been almost 4 months!!! We need our glasses and contacts, we can't see! Ridiculous don't waste you're time. There is better places to go to, who actually care about there patients.

I always have a wonderful experience. I love the caring service I get from all of their associates. Dr Brunswick is an intelligent , soft spoken and very knowledgeable about all my issues with my eyes. she is never in a rush and takes all the time I need to understand my problems with my eyes and how we're going to go about solving them

I have been coming there with my 3 kids husband and parents for at least 7 years. The Doctors are amazing. My dad was seeing Dr. Brunswick when she was still at the hospital. I absolutely dread even calling to make appointments. The staff is very rude and un willing to help. My daughter is rough on her glasses to the point I purchased the extra warrantee for $100.00 and she lost the ear piece as her glasses got stepped at school. The warrantee doesn't cover loss even if its a tiny piece. So I asked what we could do since these frames and warrantee were over $400.00 and Michelle threw them down at her and said we don't need your business you can go else where. I said after you get her a new pair we will. I canceled her future appointment and will go else where. I hope she doesn't tell too many people this because we pay her paycheck. happy to say I don't have to dread going to the eye doctor anymore. Just lost 6 customers in a moment.

Second time returning for updated lenses and just like the first time, the experience was incredible! From the moment you're greeted by the receptionist to the moment you're taken back for pre check you are given the utmost care with detailed explanations. The Dr's are all very polite and personable and give you their undivided attention and answer any questions you may have. Checking for new frames is a breeze and even with the many options they have someone will come and consult with you and help you decide if you need it. They fully explain the process in which the glasses will be made and give you an estimated time. I Highly recommend Brunswick Eye. 10 stars in my book!

The staff here are sweet as pie. I had to bring a toddler I was babysitting along to my sons and my appointment and they were so sweet to her. They gave her a bunch of coloring pages and crayons to help her stay busy and were very tolerant of her even though she was being very active. Thank yall so much for treating us with kindness!
