10/10 recommend. Dr Fogt was amazing. He explained everything he was doing, he was very personable & easy to talk too. He gave me my options and left the decision to me, he didn't try to push me either way. The women working at reception were also very nice, inviting & helpful. But the woman I dealt with when it came time to pick out frames was truly wonderful. I didn't get her name, but she was very patient, helpful & so kind to me. I feel they all went above & beyond what I was expecting. Over all it was a wonderful experience.

Always a positive experience with Dr Fogt. I've been a patient of his for over 10 years! My children also see him and I just recently took my mom. My mom stated that was the best eye appt experience she's had. He was so friendly and welcoming.

Dr Fogt was professional and friendly! He worked for quite some time on getting me the best vision in contact lenses. Fantastic staff as well. I will return for any vision issues.

Dr Fogt has always been great,took my disabled daughter to him and he was amazing with her,unfortunately the glasses were quite expensive so I requested our prescriptions to look into different options,I'm on Medicare and my daughter has the same plus Medicaid.to order glasses we needed the Pupil distance which they measured both of us but didn't write it down on prescription,I called them to see if I could get those numbers and said I could,I was put on hold ,but those t two times I was hung up on,finally got ahold of them and was told they cannot give me the information because I owed 140.00,when I left there that day,I was not told of owing them anything,I even asked before I left.

Scheduled an appointment with dr Mathewson in advance May 13th for my daughter and myself, when coming in to our appointment and filling out paperwork on clipboard, we were then told that they are no longer taking our insurance! I was shocked as we have been clients for years now and they didn't bother telling us this when scheduling the appointment ! NO APOLOGY and a wasted trip! What a disappointment! Totally unprofessional!

Dr Matheson, I thank you for the kindest and most informative visit to an eye Dr in my 5+ decades. I suffer from extreme anxiety. I was instantly at ease with Doc and all staff were so patient and everyone actually listened and cared. If you want an excellent Dr and staff, look no further! Forever Now a LOYAL patient! Jeff does an amazing job! I have worn glasses/contacts since I was three years old. Before finding Jeff, I had never had corrected vision to 20/20. Now I do! He is up to date on the latest contact lenses and he cares about his patients. I would highly recommend him to anyone! Thank you Jeff!

One of the receptionist, young lady was snotty and unprofessional. Was not helpful with assistance like most places are. Dr was very thorough and kind.
