Ordered 2 sets of glasses in December. They called in January that they were in. Went to pick them up, they only had 1 pair. They said the other frames were on backorder. Emailed several weeks later, no answer, so I called and was told they were in. Went to get them and was told they were NOT in and said they would be there in a week. Waited 2 weeks and stopped in. Just wanted to pick them up, no fitting. Was told they were there. Waited 10 minutes and asked what the problem was. Receptionist called the back and asked where they were and was told "they came in 'wonky'", their words, not mine. I said I did not pay for wonky and give me a call when they got their shit together

Receptionist called to cancel my appointment for my eye doctor. I explained that I was out of contacts and she said she could get me a pair if I knew my prescription and brand. I didn't know my prescription, and she got upset with ME, the patient! Shouldn't they have my records even if it has been 3 years since my last appointment?

I'm 55 years old, been coming here since 5th grade. 1st with Dr. Burris, then with Dr. Sandy. No problems ever. Recently got new glasses with the new Dr. Took 2 weeks to get them. I get them and go to drive home and can't see, everything is blurry. My safety glasses for work are the same way. I go back and am told the lab made them wrong. They retest my eyes and order me new ones. Wait another week and get the replacements. Work glasses are slightly better, but the regular glasses are just as bad. Returned them today and said I wanted a refund, receptionist lady gets crappy with me. So I wasted 5 days off work on these junk glasses. Remains to be seen if I'll get my money back. Will never be back.

From the reviews I was a little nervous trying to find somewhere as soon as possible to see my little girl that was having some eye problems.. But when I called and let them know what was going on, they let the doctor know and they had me scheduled later that day. They were very kind at the front desk when checking in and examining her. When the doctor came in, my daughter was so comfortable and she could talk and act like herself. The doctor took her time and we never felt rushed. She wrote down little things that we could pick up at the store to help and then we were on our way to get her prescription. It was a great experience and working with them so far to schedule a follow up appointment has been easy.

If you want a personal experience I would go here. They have a small to medium collection of frames on showcase so it can seem tough to find the right pair. But the staff have a great ability to find a collection of frames that would fit you. Along with having great personalities! The Doctor is very knowledgeable and helpful. Would highly recommend if you want to stay local!!

Jul 15, 2023. You have two female receptionist staff there today - both are useless! The blond didn't want to get her LAZY rude tail up to go pull a pair of glasses. I was told only 1 person of the 3 that were there could pull glasses. After waiting 5 minutes the blond haired lady finally got her tail up and got the glasses. If they hate their job - find a different one.

Shady people!!! They'll tell you you can get a refund once you get insurance then once you get your insurance back they act like that conversation never happened. I'm out $160 for contacts that I couldn't wear without seeing double and couldn't drive with them. They wouldn't even bother with a partial refund and just said "oh we can't back that up". Really? Money hungry people that just sit in chairs all day, barely answer the phone, and can't even give out a good prescription. I wouldn't trust these people and if they make claims like this, record it!! They'll lie and say they never had it with you!

I have been a patient of Dr Sandy for over a decade. I absolutely adore him, and I like the rest of the staff, which is why this one star review breaks my heart. I made an appointment last week and was informed one day before my appointment that they stopped accepting my insurance last year. No one told me about it then, and the worst thing is, I dont like my insurance and would've changed it last fall, had I known I wouldn't lose one of my favorite doctors. This really makes me angry because I really needed new glasses and new contacts. I almost can't see out of my glasses anymore and I spent a week when I could've been finding a new Dr or going to Walmart (which I don't want to do, I'd rather go to a local Dr.)
