Sadly after coming to dr Mathews for many years now, and at his new location, after scheduling a recent appointment for my daughter and myself, we were turned away because they no longer take our insurance. Why wasn't this told to us when scheduling?? We were told after we came to our appointment, filled out paperwork on the clipboard only to be turned away with no apology!! We really liked dr Mathews and are sad to have to find another, but how unprofessional his receptionist were and unapologetic, I certainly would never recommend!
