Dr. Ewert was fantastic! That was the most thorough exam I have had in years! The staff helping me choose my frames were great! My glasses came in ahead of schedule and are wonderful! I highly recommend this location!

Lousy experience
Waited 35 minutes past my scheduled appointment.
Got rushed through both exams.
Wore my new lenses already had the frames for over a week they were blurring at night.
Went back for a Second visit only to be put back to my original subscription that i already had.
Paid 529.00 to get the same prescription that i already had asked for a refund and got 0.
Explained this to the manager ann who basically did absolutely nothing.
Will not be returning.

But, Johans was SO KIND and CONSIDERATE, he was able to fit the lens into a lovely frame and included a case as well.

Best experience I've ever had at an eye doctor. Got the pre-test, eye exam, and glasses done in less than an hour. Everyone had smiles on their faces. Didn't get the doctor's name but she was so personable, nice, and straight to the point. Michelle Frost who helped me pick out glasses was very upfront about prices, she helped me pick glasses that would be a good fit for me. She didn't try to sell me anything I wasn't interested in or up charge anything, she was all about getting me the lowest cost possible. Will definitely be returning for future appointments!!
