This was my first time using Vision Professionals of Delaware, Ohio. My overall experience was really good. Dr. Kimberly Rock was excellent, informative, thorough and friendly. The rest of the staff was very helpful and friendly. I was a little surprised by sanitizing pens at the front counter and one of the associates wearing a mask. Those two things gave it a 2020 feel. I have not received my glasses yet, and it could be an extended wait time due to the holidays. I would be able to give more feedback on the overall experience once I get my glasses.
