The doctors and staff were very kind, thorough, and took time to answer all of my questions.
Two downsides: I was originally scheduled for 4:00. The morning of my appointment, I was asked to come in early at 3:30 due to cancellations. Once there, I sat in the waiting room until 3:50.
Secondly, while I respect Christian artwork, the amount of religious pamphlets and books throughout the office--especially in patient rooms--was overwhelming and made me uncomfortable as a non-Christian.
The quality of care was excellent, but the scheduling and religious messaging negatively affected my experience.

Today I seen Dr. Moore this was a checkup from cataract surgery on both eyes. He is very in depth and caring. He cares about his patients! At the end he asked me if I had any questions. I told him my son, recently passed on January 30, unexpectedly with a heart attack, at the age of 47. He lived in Virginia. What would I do if I moved there. For my healthcare in the future. He said, I would be able to get healthcare in Virginia! He asked what my Son's name was, his wife's name, my grandson's name, he was so sorry for our loss! Then he asked me, can I pray for you and all your Family? I said, of course you can! I have always been impressed about the Faith books, pamphlets, and the Christian music that plays while waiting to be seen! He touched my heart in a very special way today! I knew he was a good Dr. but he deserves to be appreciated, for the way he touches lives, with genuine caring actions! I am grateful for Drs. Who does not treat us like we are just a number. All your staff has been amazing, through my visits! God Bless all of you!

Dr Kroger was so kind. He was very soft spoken and treated me like I was the only patient in the office. Nothing was rushed but very thorough. He explained everything and answered every question. I am so glad I have a new eye doctor close to us now! The office staff was also wonderful. Please thank Kristen for her kindness and professionalism. The whole experience was a pleasure.
