Great experience from the warm welcoming from Francis and the professionalism of Dr. Cline. Purpose of visit was for treatment of chronic dry eye. Dr. Cline took time to explain the procedure and answer all my questions. Then explained every step as she was performing the procedure. Dr. Cline made it a point to make sure I was comfortable during the process.
As I drove home from the office, I realized I had a smile on my face. First time in a long time my eyes felt normal! Definitely recommend the Eye Care Studio for all your vision needs.

I wanted to return a $900 pair of glasses that I bought here. I was not told that they are not returnable. I can't read my mail with them. This should have been made clear prior to the purchase.
The ladies were very nice and helpful. They are trying to get the lens at least so that I can read. It is unreasonable to have to turn your head side to side to read a sentence, causing a motion-like sickness. I can't believe they think that is normal.
Surely this has happened before. It's nothing personal. I just want to be able see properly with glasses. That is the whole point. My prescription is minimal +1.75.
