Delaware Eyes - Carrie McMahon, OD and Andrea DiNovo, OD

I always have the most positive experience here! I would recommend Delaware Eyes to anyone and everyone. I used to drag my feet going to get my eyes checked but not anymore. Dr. McMahon is so kind, helpful and incredibly informative. You never walk away wondering. They have the highest technology for general checkups (I can't speak to anything other than that), and all tests have been very gentle and easy. I can't say enough great things about this place.

I just had the most amazing experience at Delaware Eyes. Carrie McMahon is kind, professional, takes the time to answer all your questions. Her staff is also amazing. I felt like they all really cared about my experience and helped me make a great decisions about which glasses choice. It is a no pressure situation and they make you feel cared for. I would highly recommend.

Dr. McMahon has provided excellent care for our entire family for years! My youngest son gets nervous in medical settings and she does a fabulous job putting him at ease. I would highly recommend this practice to patients of all ages. The entire staff goes out of their way to provide personal attention. Excited to see this practice set up shop in downtown Delaware!

Just wanted to say thanks to Dr. McMahon and the kind folks I dealt with there today. I have had major issues with flashes/floaters this week and was concerned I may have suffered a retinal tear or detachment. My current eye doctor couldn't fit me in until next week! My boss referred me to Delaware Eyes, and they got me in within an hour after I explained my situation. I am now a new appreciative customer. I can relax and enjoy this holiday weekend since my exam showed nothing major other than those annoying floaters. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Thanks again....

Friendly, professional, and customer service! I recently had my annual eye exam with Dr. McMahon. Frankly I struggle with "which is clearer #1 or #2?". Dr McMahon is patient as I ask her to flip back to #1 and makes what seems like small adjustments so I can get that crystal clear vision. Dr McMahon says it's easy because they have top of line equipment. I had many frames to choose from and several that looked great. Leslie (and Susan!) provide such professional input pointing out features that are important but I'd never considered. They accept many insurance plans, which helped me with this expense. Fortunately my eyes are pretty healthy but there had been vision changes. In a week or two I'll be showing off my very stylish, perfect for me, new eyewear. I know they will be give me that crystal clear vision I want. You will like this place, they are friendly, professional, and the customer service is amazing!

An absolutely fabulous experience ... great service from the moment you walk in. The staff is extremely helpful in getting your set up as a new client and checking your insurance ... it was quick and painless. With the brand new state of the art equipment no dilation and they don't have to blast your eye with air to check the pressure. Dr. McMahon was great ... knowledgeable, warm and friendly she takes the time to explain to you what you need and what your options are without pressuring into something that doesn't fit your life style.

What a great clinic! The ambiance of the setting is very warm and inviting which describes the treatment from the staff as well! The office manager, Trish, goes above and beyond to navigate the needs of a patient prior to coming in for an appointment. The doctors are both so knowledgeable and truly go the extra mile providing excellent service and follow through. Highly recommend!
