I can confidently say that Dr. Wagner is by far the best eye doctor I have ever had. From the moment I walked into the clinic, I was greeted warmly by the staff, Amy. Amy is courteous and efficient, making the entire experience seamless from start to finish. Dr. Wagner's expertise and attention to detail were evident throughout my entire appointment. She took the time to listen attentively to my concerns and thoroughly explained each step of the examination process. Her explanations were clear and easy to understand, which made me feel comfortable and informed about my eye health. She took her time, which meant a lot. Not only is Dr. Wagner highly knowledgeable, but her patience and kindness truly set her apart. She answered all of my questions with a smile and made sure I felt completely at ease during the entire appointment. I left Dr. Wagner's office feeling confident that my eye health was in excellent hands. I would highly recommend Dr. Wagner to anyone seeking a skilled and compassionate eye doctor. Dr Wagner is terrific, she was very thorough, didn't rush and took the time to go over my history to make sure everything was in good order. After telling her how I had not been able to wear contacts in the past, she provided some tips to help with my dry eyes and fitted me with some new contacts to trial. So far so good! I am wearing contacts for hours longer than I had previously. Thank you Dr. Wagner!

I was here mid-January 2023 and had a very poor experience with Meijer Optical at 1380 Sunbury Rd, Delaware, OH 43015. My family and myself will not ever step foot in any Meijer Optical after experiencing the sketchy quality of service they provide. I scheduled an appointment for an eye exam with dilation for lasik retreatment surgery and was quoted $80 on the phone. Once at location Rochelle Wagner the "Doctor" raised the cost to $100. I guess, I was misquoted by her desk workers even though we explained exactly what was needing done on the phone. Due to needing the exam done and paperwork submitted quickly, I entered into the worst experience with any doctor in my life. My child waited in the exam room while Rochelle Wagner provided the exam on me. During the exam she was very erratic as if she had quickly drank 15 Red Bulls and was attempting to scare me away from lasik surgery by referencing what happened with Kathy Griffin's surgery. Her tactic did not faze me but I find out later she did get to my child and who was fearful that if I have this surgery I would go blind or worse. At the end of the exam she informed me that she would get the paperwork faxed at the end of the day due to being busy. My BIG mistake, I accepted this due to their were quite a few people at the front of the store. Meijer Optical left me hunting down Rochelle Wagner for my paperwork that was to be completed and faxed to the lasik that same day. After many phone call to Meijer Optical to find out from the front desk workers the doctor had taken the medical document from the facility and it was not in my file. A month had passed, FINALLY she called back that she would fax it. Well that was a month to late and now Lasik wants another exam. Now I am out of $100, a pile of time trying to complete what was to be done same day, with a child scared lasik only damages eyes and having to go pay another doctor to do what she was paid to do. UPDATE: Rochelle Wagner reach back and was apologetic of situation that had occured. I'm sure she would of corrected issue with a retest but I was no longer interested in moving forward with her services. She informed she had refunded my account the $100.

Horrible experience so far. They couldn't figure out how to honor the sale they have so I've been waiting over a week for them to figure it out with their corporate office. I drive here on the day they say they'll have it figured out and it's not figured out. The lady said she couldn't help me until 2 days later because she had the next day off and she wouldn't give the problem to a different coworker there, causing me to wait 2 extra days for the problem to get taken care of. Not to mention the lenses take 10 days to get here once you order them so I should have my lenses in a day or two but probably won't have them for another two weeks. They won't even express ship them once they figure it out, which is ridiculous because they're the ones who caused all this. Sucks bad because I lost my old pair of glasses and really need these.

I've been having eye strain and inability to read from my iPad. I assumed my prescription had changed but was told it had changed very little. I said if that doesn't explain my problem then something else must. I was told dry eye. I don't feel I have dry eye and was told that especially computer screens cause it. I asked why reading from an iPad would cause eyes to dry more than reading from paper and I was told, get ready for this, that the screen produces light and the light produces heat and the heat causes the tears to evaporate. . That is absolute nonsense! An iPad does not increase the temperature in my eye. Credibility zero. I'll get a new exam elsewhere.

I recently had a great experience at Meijer Optical in Delaware. Between Doctor Luther and the staff here, everything was wonderful. Everything was simple, pricing was great and I received exactly what I ordered. I highly recommend them.

The receptionist is rude. She could not schedule appointments more than 1.5 weeks in advance. There is now currently no doctor at this location. When I showed up for my appointment I was told this by the receptionist "there is no doctor currently so we can not see you and we have no idea when there will be one." This was stated in a rude manner and no apology given. Myself and my family will not be returning here. There is also a very high rate of doctor turnover.

Hal is great! He helped me order glasses and contacts even when walmart messed up my prescription for contacts. He went the extra mile to get it figured out and helped me get everything figured out!
