Could tell eye glass frames would be over priced. All were big designer name brands, but still cheaply made. Why not sell your own brand, but at a reasonable price??

I visited this office about 10 months ago to get fitted for contacts. I paid an extra amount out of pocket for this service. However, I never received any trial contacts. Instead, I've been receiving bills for months from a person who doesn't even live here. I've called this office multiple times to explain the discrepancy and ask for my contacts. I was assured that they would mail them directly to my house, but they never do. Essentially, I've spent the cost of the exam without any results. It's quite frustrating.

TELEMED Doctor!! . The appointment was made online and we were unaware that we were not physically seeing a doctor. The online process was my opinion deceiving. They ran over 40 minutes past the schedule time and only had one customer in there. They completed the stigmatism test which we were charged for, but none of the process was explained. Will never return.

The initial evaluation and experience was great. The doctor and receptionist were very friendly. Glasses arrived timely. However, they don't have a specific instrument there to do a test required for me to continue to receive an important medication. I was supposed to get a referral and it's never happened, I've been waiting since the beginning of fall. I've called and stopped in multiple times. I will not be returning. Great for a basic vision test, but don't recommend if you need anything else.

Dr. was wonderful and friendly...informative. The gentleman who fitted my glasses was also great with information and made me feel comfortable. Lady at frnt was on top of things and did her job well. I just really enjoyed my visit, leaving happy, and will definitely go back to see that doctor.
