Our visit to the Cleveland Eye Clinic today was great. All of the staff, from the receptionist, to the scheduler, to the Technicians, and the Doctor and Opticians are super welcoming, friendly, and helpful. I can tell they like being with the patients. They took time with us and made us enjoy being there.

First time visit. Previous vision place was not able to get me in until December or January. I called and was able to get a next day appointment. Very nice staff the doctor was great and the gentleman that helped me pick out my lenses and frames was awesome.

I had my appointment 3 weeks ago for new glasses and told it would take 2 weeks. There's no direct number to call the office, I called last Tuesday, 6 days ago and was told by the general customer service number, the office would call me back. Fast forward a week and I called the same number to be told the same thing and when I mentioned someone told me that last week, she looked at the note and saw nobody had yet even opened the last message from a week ago. There's no direct number to the office and it's impossible to get ahold of anyone. I will seek vision services elsewhere going forward.

Some staff (front desk) were very mechanical and unwelcoming from beginning and to end. One technician was rude and impatient. Medical assistant and Dr were phenomenal. I would have had a much better experience if they had empathetically and apologetically explained that the frames / lenses department was closed due to an emergency so I would need to come back to have my prescription filled. Instead the same rude front desk person handed me my prescription and said you don't need a follow up.... No bye, no have a good day, no happy holidays; nothing! When I mentioned that I was told while making the appointment that I would be able to order glasses there she flung her hand in the direction of that room and said "well obviously they aren't here right now ". I'm disappointed that I can't give more stars to an amazing doctor and assistant. I recommend hiring or retraining the first contact to your office

Doctor seemed really knowledgable. Staff was friendly. But there was a small fee to pay with a credit card. That is unusual today.
