Received glasses and were defective. Took back and stated defective. Girl said cleaned as good as she could and would be $75 for lense? It's defective. Lol. And now at another place and will not fax over rx to them after filled out all bs paperwork and faxed back to them. They are too busy.

The doctors are amazing but the staff is rude and act like they are better than you and dont even get me started on the manager she is rude and she also acts like she is better than you they definitely look down on you.

Beware!!!! If you're looking for good customer service and smiles avoid this place. I'm new to the area and just stopped by to see if they could tighten a screw on my glasses because I noticed it was getting loose and they refused because I didn't purchase my glasses from them. This literally would have taken them 5 seconds and they would've gotten a family of new clients because I live only 2 mins away and we all wear glasses and contacts.

Great experience! Feel I received an in depth, comprehensive exam. Happily gave me my written prescriptions for my glasses, and will be going back later today for my trail pair of contacts. Definitely recommend!

Had a post cataract prescription from my surgeon and had glasses made at this office. Great experience and the driving glasses are perfect! The staff was excellent in helping me choose the frame and the fit is so comfortable with no adjustments! This will be my go to office for future eye care! Thank you for a great pair of glasses!

I've been waiting on my glasses for well. Over 6 weeks now, I'm trying to get my money back and they won't even return my phone call. They don't have the lenses in, they don't have The Frames in and when I ask where or when they'll be in, nobody knows nothing. I'll never go back.

This place needs some serious help, I used to come here annually for an eye checkup since 2006 but wow how this place has gone so downhill in the past few years, such poor customer service. The staff is just so disorganized with your information, you can make an appointment a week prior and they would completely forget all the information you gave them. They tried saying my Insurance information had to be updated after I had given them all the info needed 2 weeks prior to appointment and they tried to say they contacted me when I never received a single phone call nor text. Crazy. I also had a warranty on my glasses and needed new lenses while I lived out of state at the time so I paid extra for shipping and handling. A week later I get a call saying my glasses are ready for pickup after literally paying extra for shipping to my out of state address. EDIT: I had a higher star review previous review but now it's down to a 1 star. Alex did a very good job helping me pick out new glasses for my prescription and helped me out a lot, but I have another problem... When your patients have a problem with something you find a way to help them out and make the next time a better visit for them. After today, I won't be returning for future eye care as I was essentially told to take my review down which felt like an interrogation session more than a talk... and following the request for my review to be taken down I was also told "with that review we will have trouble better serving you as our patient" I don't know if that was words from the doctor or Alex saying that personally from her mouth, but that was all I needed to hear to make my decision final, what I took as the paying customer was because of my low scoring review they are not going to give me good EYE CARE which is pretty scary to hear coming from a place that you pay lots of money for... Your customer service should become better and use bad reviews as a way to better yourself and your business, and make the next time a much better visit for the bad reviewer... It's a shame that this little visit to pick up my glasses made me make this decision.

Dr. Helfrich saw me for an emergency visit yesterday. Although they were very busy, I was able to come in immediately and I was seen within about 10-15 minutes! This is great customer service especially the day before a holiday weekend which is always a nightmare for those in the healthcare field! They took all of my info, gave me an accurate estimate of cost, treated my eye, and I was on my way! See less visit. I am not a patient of record and this was so much appreciated. Thank you to Dr. H and his staff!
