America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

I stopped into America's Best to see if they could straighten out my glasses that got bent. Another eye center said they would not unless I was a patient and had an appt. Natalie was very polite from the moment I walked in and proceeded to get them straight! She then asked if I had a few minutes so she could give them a good cleaning as they definitely needed them. All around great service and very professional. Will always recommend and will continue using America's Best for my exam/prescriptions! 5 's

Wow! This was a great experience with Jeff today at the Grove city store. Jeff made my experience fun but personal with his own choices and helping me decide what frames to get. He gave me honest opinion how the frames fit on my face, and helping to choose the finals at the end! He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions with ease. So glad I chose America's Best for my glasses needs. They have prices and specials for everyone! I'll recommend them any time!!

Eye exam was less than 5 minutes I waited longer in the waiting area received my glasses within 4 months they broke in half they said i would have to buy new frames i received a bill wanting more money saying my insurance didn't cover all I have never been asked for more money! I will never return if they are Americans best then America have very poor standards Update: I went in to see what could be done and was told I would have to purchase new frames for $80. I told the employee that was not in my budget and left. He then a few days later called and told me he was going to another location that had my frame in stock and I could come let them swap for the broken ones I reminded him not in my budget he said there would be no charge So they did make it right but I don't think I will return

My visits here are consistently excellent thanks to the incredible in-person staff! Fatima, Betsy, Natalie, Josefine, and Trina are absolute superstars who provide outstanding customer service every time. They truly set the standard for a positive experience. However, my recent annual visit, which involved a virtual doctor named Tracy Miller, was quite disappointing. Dr. Miller seemed to give Fatima a hard time about how she was conducting my eye test. I had specifically requested that they not take measurements from my old prescription because I felt last year's was off and I wanted a fresh start. Dr. Miller then claimed she couldn't be as accurate without those measurements, which I find hard to believe--what if someone had simply lost their glasses? This interaction made me question the effectiveness of the virtual doctor's approach. While the physical team remains phenomenal, I would definitely request a different virtual doctor if Dr. Tracy Miller was assigned to me again. Therefore 4/5 stars.

Once again Natalie repaired my glasses! She is professional, efficient and extremely helpful! I was "that client" who came in 15 min til closing with my glasses falling off my face. I had no idea if it would be fixable in location but Natalie took the time to fix and fit them! - And done well in 17 min! Thank you Natalie!

I previously had a great experience here, called to make an exam and Rebecca is the rudest person I have ever talked to while trying to pay to go to a facility. When i canceled my appointment , due to her attitude, she aggressively slammed the phone and hung up.

Jeff Clayton did it again! I had to get a pair of replacement glasses and was so pleased to have him as my Optician again! He is so professional and knowledgeable! He took his time with me and over exceeded my expectations! He really goes the extra mile to made sure my glasses were adjusted comfortably and wearable all day during my busy active job. He is very precise and has a true craft! Thank you Jeff!
