Easy access to parking. Very clean and well kept. Upon entering the lobby, two welcoming receptionists greeted my hubby and me. Check in was easy and fast. The lobby was decorated with the latest soon-to-be holiday, Valentines Day, with the name of each doctor on a large heart. Three white hearts and one red. My doctor was on the red heart. I joked with my hubby about my doctor being the favorite since he alone had the red heart. My eye exam was thorough. I was pleased to be informed of what was going on with my eyes. Not only was my doctor, Dr. Hartig, professional in this exam, but his warm demeanor and helpful information was greatly appreciated. The sales gals at the end of my visit were so helpful. Their smiles and attentive care went a long way to make an eye appointment pleasing with the perfect pair of eyeglasses. Dr. Hartig and his staff are always efficient, empathetic and professional. He is the best eye doctor I have ever had. He knows my medical history as well as my eyes. He explains everything as he performs the tests. I highly recommend.

Caitlyn and Amanda were absolutely amazing while teaching me how to put my contacts in and take them out. They were both so patient, kind, and incredibly helpful every step of the way. I was really nervous going in, and they took the time to calm my nerves and make sure I felt comfortable and confident before I left. Their support and positive attitude made such a difference. I'm so grateful for their help and had a great experience because of them.

Had a scratched cornea, they were able to squeeze me in within an hour of calling. the prices were reasonable/competitive and they were very up front with what things would cost when I explained I didn't have insurance. Staff was all very friendly and the eye doctor who took care of me was very informative. Overall very pleasant experience for the issue I was dealing with. Highly recommend

Dr. Harter is the best! I've had several eye doctors over the years and never had one that was so educational and easy to talk to. Our family has been with his office 4+ years. The office staff are always kind and helpful. There was one issue that I had with the wrong glasses being ordered. The staff was quick to correct the issue and ensure my insurance still covered everything. Dr. Harter takes the time to educate patients throughout the visit and never makes me feel rushed. I recommend him to anyone looking for an eye doctor!!
