They had me in fast, it was easy to create an appointment I was able to get in same day, the assistants and Dr. Were super nice and thorough, it was my first time getting an eye appointment and eyes checked. They have a super small selection for Medicaid covered eyeglasses, about 2 trays to choose from, I have Humana and was covered for most of the checkups besides a $39 & $11 service which one was a super indepth viewing of your inner eye that'd show any and all problems inside, and the other I can't remember but was offered it.

Dr. Cain did an amazing job with both my daughter's and my eye exams. I received a text this morning that said our glasses were ready for pickup and we can both see perfect again! We both had our exam last Monday and we only waited eight days to receive our glasses!
The whole process was smooth and efficient. We're both very satisfied and truly appreciate the care and professionalism from Dr. Cain and the entire staff. We will definitely be back in the future for all of our eye care!

My appointment was at 11:40. I arrived at 11:30. It took over an hour just for the eye tests and exam. The wait for the doctor to get in the room was way too long. Picking out frames and checking out only took 20 minutes. I didn't get out of there until 12:59.
I understand things happen and I'm not the only patient. However, my time is as valuable as the doctor's time.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I had an appointment there. But when the staff started asking me to lie about insurance paperwork to "get it to go through" I had to walk away. Nothing says scam like when they're starting out asking you to lie on insurance paperwork. NEVER go here. The fact that they then brought out a 2nd lady to say the same thing then offered me to do it "on paper" instead of a tablet & wanted to argue about it not being a lie... Any time you're not telling the truth... it's a lie. Lying about insurance is fraud & I don't need mixed up in that crazy nonsense. I'll go to a different dr.
